Please note this proper is only accessible by a gondola.

In the Winter months (November - May) must arrival to meet the gondola times:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 17:00
Friday 8:00 - 22:00
Saturday and Sunday 8:00 - 17:00

Summer Months (June - September): 7 days/week 8:00 - 18:00

Shuttles offered after 18:00 until 23:00Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

The sights were just gorgeous and im sure in the winter it is the place to be if you are a skier
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond very friendly the sites were so beautiful the rooms were spacious

Cons:

For myself only the access to the site but nothing else maybe the surrounding was bit cluttered with construction

Nice stay on the mountain.
Pros:

Fun location with access to chair lift to further your adventure, staff were nice, Trappers was good, hot tub was available but didn't use, access to trails, Gondola up and down or shuttle was available. Quiet time of year.

Cons:

Had an adjoining room (not by request) and could easily hear the neighbours' conversation. They were talking normally. Disappointed for them and us for lack of privacy. Wonder what busy season is like. Spoke to front desk and they apologized.

Septembre stay, hit and miss
Pros:

The location is great, so close to amazing walks in the meadow, absolutely splendid.
The smores in the evening were lovely bonus.

Cons:

The room has NO sound insulation, next room got a call at 7am on their room phone and it sounded as if our room phone was ringing. As a result we were wide awake. The same with the sounds from the corridor.
The facilities look quite old and in need of care.
The people working here are very hit and miss, some great ones and some people who made us uncomfortable.
The food wasn't great, the menu was unappealing, and we ended up dinning in Banff town instead and got some nibbles in the restaurant before bed.

Pros:

Great gondala rides and chsir lifts with great views.

Cons:

Staff not really thst knowledgeable particularly about parking near Lake Louise which was much easier than they thought. Also, pictures were deceiving as it looked like it was over reported levels with a view but the room was tiny.

Perfect gateway
Pros:

The property is incredible, great spa, great room, we had a free upgrade so we were able to enjoy one the suites instead of the regular room we had booked. The staff is super helpful and they organize a lot of activities for both adults and children.

Cons:

It’s a bit far away, sitting on a mountaintop only reachable by gondola or hotel shuttle

Al met al is de prachtige locatie een groot pluspunt, maar gezien de hoge prijs vond ik de accommodatie en het serviceni
Pros:

De locatie is natuurlijk prachtig en de omgeving is absoluut een van de grootste pluspunten van de accommodatie. Ook vond ik de gratis rondleiding met Jack echt geweldig. Hij vertelde op een enthousiaste en interessante manier over de bloemen, dieren en de omgeving. Dat gaf ons een veel beter beeld van de natuur en was echt een hoogtepunt van ons verblijf.

Cons:

Voor de prijs van ongeveer €400 (circa C$647) per nacht had ik een veel mooiere en luxere kamer verwacht. De kamer was erg basic en naar mijn mening kun je in Banff voor dit bedrag mooier verblijven. Daarnaast was het ontbijt niet inbegrepen en moest je bij het ontbijt zelfs nog apart betalen voor drankjes. Ook vond ik de kwaliteit van het eten over het algemeen niet op het niveau dat je bij deze prijs en accommodatie zou verwachten. Bij aankomst was er bovendien geen hulp met het naar binnen brengen van onze bagage, wat naar mijn mening beter geregeld zou kunnen worden. Bovendien was het babybedje zonder beddengoed, dat soort dingen, het is allemaal niet echt goed geregeld voor die prijs.

Nice quiet location, and fresh alpine smell outside.

Cons:

Guests not respecting the 10pm quiet times, I suppose this is out of control from hotel staff but I had noisy neighbours until 11pm

Very unique location. Big ad comfortable room.

Cons:

As you cannot reach the hotel wit your car, you depend on a Gondola that takes 20 minutes or a shuttle that is not very frequent.
