I didn't come for ski, but they seem to have really nice slopes. The only downside is that you have to take gondola for 20minutes to reach the hotel, and to go down too, they help you with your luggage but you'll have to wait for 90minutes, so it's kinda impossible to wait for that on check out, they also allow you to bring your own luggage down but it's just a little troublesome. They have fun activities like hot tub, outdoor badminton and also smores party so overall i loved it.
Our room happened to be near the hot tub so i can hear people talking and laughing.
My wife and I skied 2 days, June 21 and 22nd !!! 2 lifts open, early start was great with very good conditions and grooming considering its end of June!! Hotel staff are always fun and friendly, great outdoor hot tub, really enjoyable weekend.
Beauty of a room!
That we had the hill all to ourselves
The location is really good.
The food and service is horrible and expensive. The room is very small and although paid for a view we pretty much looked at a building. We had a $24 omelette that had fruit that had turned bad and just sad. There was no one there but had to chase down waiters for anything.
Best location, true SISO for skiing.
Gondola schedule is limited after 5:30pm in winter, except Friday.
Amazing location family friendly
The food is hit and miss at chimney corner
Have been going here every year for 50 years. Great location and amenities and staff are helpful and eager to help and consistently good experience
Best ski resort in Canada!
On mountain accommodation, easy check-in and free parking at the base for your stay.
Rooms are small (waterfall rooms) but adequate.
Some basic cooking options in the room would have been nice. For example a toaster and microwave to add to the coffee machine and kettle.
During our spring skiing stay (6 days) there are a couple options for dinner so you soon know the whole menu off the top of your head.
The view, cosy bed.
Choice of food and service was slow. Day one both all food main and starters delivered at the same time.
The staff were helpful and the location ideal. Loved the easy checkin and checkout, which gave us more time on the slopes!
Not a lot of food choices
Great location and cozy lodge, however front desk reps weren’t friendly nor welcoming. It’s downside of booming tourism in the area
Location
Loads of hidden fees and extras.
Unclear pricing about what has been paid to booking.com and what was due to be paid at the resort.
