Pros:

Die Zimmer waren das Highlight des Urlaubs. Die Einrichtung war sehr gut und es wurde auch regelmäßig sauber gemacht und nachgefüllt. Ebenfalls gut war der Serenity Service. Am Pool waren immer liegen reserviert.

Cons:

Das Essen im Hotel war leider nur OK. Einer hat auch eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen. Das Küchenpersonal wollte davon aber nichts wissen. Es wurde abgestritten, dass das von dem Essen aus dem Hotel kommt. Beim Beatbuffet liegt das Fleisch ohne Kühlung offen herum. Das gekochte Essen ist leider nur lauwarm. Dafür gibt es aber eine gute Auswahl.

Einige Gäste denken sie wären am Ballerman und müssten schon eine der reichligen Liegen am Pool mit einem Handtuch reservieren. Und wo sind die Hosen beim Abendessen geblieben ?

Food and rooms exceptional I would thoroughly recommend.
Pros:

Rooms and food were exceptional, to make the hotel true 5* I would suggest they replenish the coffee pods and supply paper tissues in the bathroom.

Cons:

Seemed to be an awful lot of empty sun beds being keep for serenity customers. We experienced no sunbeds for normal customers on a few occasions
