Pros:

הצוות מאוד חברותי, עזרו לנו באטרקציות עם מחירים טובים. חדרים מרווחים ונקיים, בריכה כיפית. אחד המנהלים בשם jaye עזר בהכל והיה מאוד חברותי.

Parfait pour un hôtel bon rapport qualité prix en famille
Pros:

Très bon wifi, chambres simples mais propre , bon rapport qualité prix, piscine agréable, et surtout bien placé pour rayonner dans les différentes activités - le service laundry était parfait 👍 et très pratique ! Nous avions pris une chambre avec balcon et une autre sans- nous avons ete gentiment surclassé à l étage pour les 2 chambres , vue sur lion’s rock !

Cons:

Pas de coffre dans toutes les chambres - on en avait 2 et une d elle en avait un donc c était pas un problème pour nous -

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und versucht immer alles möglich zu machen. Man kann Ausflüge und Transporte direkt über die Unterkunft organisieren lassen, was hervorragend klappt. Statt dem Western Breakfast war es kein Problem auch Sri Lankan Breakfast zu bekommen. Kostenloses Wasser stand zu jeder Zeit zur Verfügung. Da wir 3 Nächte geblieben sind, haben wir eine bessere Zimmerkategorie bekommen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte ein paar kleine Mängel.

Lovely peaceful place to stay with friendly welcoming staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Our favourite hotel out of everywhere we stayed in Sri Lanka. Nice peaceful location. Very relaxing with swimming pool to chill out at. We were on the top floor with a great view out to Lions Rock. Big, spacious room. Very clean.
But the best thing was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming!
We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and everything was delicious and very good value.
Also very cute hotel dog!
I would definitely recommend

Die Anlage ist hübsch gestaltet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Man kann den Löwenfelsen vom Balkon sehen. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super!! Sempre con il sorriso
Pros:

Abbiamo alloggiato 4 notti. Sono stati davvero tanto gentili sul tutto (avevo persino fatto un errore sulla prenotazione e l hanno gestito senza farmi cambiare stanza). Abbiamo organizzato tutte le escursioni e gli spostamenti con loro. Davvero super soddisfatti

Pros:

De locatie was fijn tov de Lion Rock. Het uitzicht was mooi! De bedden waren fijn en comfortabel.

Personeel was zo lief om mijn partner te helpen met een taartje en versiersels voor mijn verjaardag

Cons:

Zwembad was vrij troebel en niet heel veel bedjes. Eten in restaurant was niet heel bijzonder

Pros:

La gentillesse des personnes tenant l'hôtel... toujours prêt à nous faire plaisir et à s'assurer que tout se passe bien. Nous avions déjà prévu nos excursions et aucun changement de comportement...c'est super appréciable. Ils nous ont prêté des serviettes pour la piscine et nous ont proposé à plusieurs reprises si nous voulions que la chambre soit faite. Le cadre est juste somptueux et c'est un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Les meubles de la chambre ont bien vécu mais le confort reste entier. Le balcon n'était pas très propre...la chambre elle, pas de problème.

Para llegar a la calle principal hay un buen paseo. Aunque te facilitan tuctuc y taxi todo lo que necesites (pagando obviamente) pero vamos… preferíamos eso antes que estar en la calle principal que hay mucho ruido y tráfico

Excellent manager
Pros:

The manager/owner was exceptionally helpful. The dining room was nice. The big beautiful Rottweiler dog was a joy to see. Parking was good. Ducks frolicking in the small pond. Evening explosions directed at discouraging wild elephants gave a lovely jungle vibe.

Cons:

The restaurant staff had trouble getting access to the beer fridge and taking payment for meals unless the manager was immediately available.

Pros:

We hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad bij Royal Rock Sigiriya. De kamer was netjes, schoon en comfortabel, waardoor we heerlijk hebben geslapen. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij en doet er alles aan om je een fijn verblijf te bezorgen.

Al met al een fijne accommodatie met gastvrije mensen en een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. We zouden hier zeker nog eens verblijven.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was netjes verzorgd, maar de keuze was vrij beperkt. Daarom hebben we ervoor gekozen om buiten de deur te ontbijten, waar in de omgeving voldoende leuke opties te vinden zijn.

Great stay in Sigiriya
Pros:

The staff were amazing. So helpful with everything we needed - drinks, food, taxis - couldn’t do enough for you! Our bags got lost on the flight and they helped us make sure we could contact the airline and sort out getting our bags the next day. The room and facilities were excellent, very clean and comfy! Sadly without our bags we had no clothes to use the pool but it looked excellent and they were out cleaning it in the morning!
