קרוב לשדה תעופה
לא היה חיבור אינטרנט בחדר שקיבלתי
ישנו לילה לפני טיסה מוקדמת. המלון סמוך לשדה התעופה, סיפק הסעה בחינם בחמש בבוקר לשדה.
חדר נוח, מיטות נוחות. אכלנו ארוחת ערב במסעדה במלון.
לא קשור למלון.
לאחר ששמנו את התיקים במלון התכוונו לבלות את היום האחרון בטרמה. הגוגל מאפס הוציא אותנו דרך השדות ואז הכווין להכנס לכביש הראשי ולבצע פרסה דרך מרכז קניות במהצד השני. למרות נהיגה זהירה עברנו תאונה בקטע הכביש הזה ונכנסו בנו מאחור.
ולכן... בפניה ימינה מהמלון, סעו עד שתגיעו למחלף ודרכו תעברו לצד שני!!!

- La récurrence des navettes aéroport - hôtel. Sur le van, il y a le nom de l’hôtel, ça aide à se repérer.
- La propreté de la chambre.
- La douche à l’italienne avec des produits de la marque « Rituals »
- Le confort du lit.
- L’emplacement de la navette : les indications ne correspondent pas aux passagers qui arrivent au 1er étage. Je me suis demandée si c’était au niveau des taxis, car j’ai eu un gros doute. Finalement, je suis descendue d’un étage et c’est bien en rez de chaussée, il y a un carrefour à l’intérieur, sur la gauche. On sort comme si on allait prendre le train et là il faut s’arrêter à ce premier passage piéton. Ensuite il y a un parking, mais il ne faut pas aller plus loin. Y a aucune indication physique avec une affiche par exemple, et de nuit, j’ai vu la navette passé devant mes yeux et j’ai attendu 1h supplémentaire. C’était stressant.
- L’accueil était assez froid. J’ai préféré l’accueil dans un autre hôtel dans le centre, et plus généralement, l’accueil au Maroc.
- L’isolation phonique. Je me suis demandée si une salle de réunion n’était pas collée à la chambre tellement j’entendais le bruit. C’est quelqu’un qui parlait anglais depuis environ 10h jusqu’à 11h30. Y a d’ailleurs une porte qui donnait sur la chambre. C’était étrange. Je ne me sentais pas en sécurité car je ne savais pas si la porte s’ouvrait de l’autre côté ou non. Mais c’était bien fermé à clef de mon côté en rentrant dans la chambre.
- L’aquarium de 50 L pour une dizaine de poissons dont des poissons rouges, sans aucune plante verte pour se cacher… Ils ont juste mis un fond derrière la vitre pour simuler un environnement aquatique à nos yeux de visiteurs. En 2026 ? Dans un hôtel étoilé ?
