Was ok
Wifi was weak in our room
Friendly staff, comfortable beds
Well, it’s an average hotel. Nothing amazing but nothing horrible either. We had to request a new towel because one of ours was covered in beard hair from someone shaving (which was gross). But everything else was just fine. Decent breakfast but coffee bar needs some love.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Parker, Colorado! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Jakira at the front desk. She was exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and helpful. She provided us with excellent information and made us feel right at home. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out, both when we checked in and again when we checked out.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and we were very impressed with the accommodations. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection for guests and a wonderful way to start the day.
We couldn’t have been more delighted with our stay. Jakira and the entire staff made our visit especially enjoyable, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend the Hampton Inn in Parker to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding service!
Very comfortable room.
Dated (no microwave, outlets in bathroom did not work).
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this stay, I feel like people deserve to know what to expect.
The only bright spot during our visit was Terrence. He was kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, he was the only positive part of our experience.
The room itself was unacceptable. It smelled like a wet dog from the moment we walked in. There was random hair throughout the room, stains all over the chair, a spider in the room, and the mini fridge didn't even work. It felt dirty and poorly maintained.
One of the biggest frustrations was that the hotel never disclosed that the air conditioning is controlled by motion sensors. Every night around 4:00 a.m., the AC would shut off while we were sleeping, leaving us waking up hot and sweating. If you're going to use a system like that, guests should at least be informed.
The bathroom experience wasn't any better. There was no shower gel our first day. It was finally replaced, but when we went to use it the second night, the pump didn't work—so once again, no soap. The complimentary makeup wipes were completely dried out and wouldn't remove makeup at all.
Then, to top it all off, after checkout we were charged $50 for a "damaged" towel because we had to use shampoo on a washcloth to remove our makeup after the hotel's makeup wipes failed. Charging guests for something that resulted from your own lack of working amenities is unbelievable.
I contacted the general manager hoping to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, she was dismissive, unprofessional, and actually hung up on me. Her response was essentially that they didn't care because the hotel would be undergoing renovations soon. That level of customer service is unacceptable.
Between the dirty room, broken amenities, misleading AC system, constant noise from what sounded like a stampede of rhinos running around in the room above us, and the complete lack of professionalism from management, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
If you're considering staying here, be prepared to significantly lower your expectations. This hotel not only failed to provide a clean, comfortable stay, but also chose to nickel-and-dime guests instead of taking responsibility for its own shortcomings.
I would not recommend staying here.
Location and Customer service
The sink at the bathroom was clogged. The door in the room got completely locked at night. I could not get in the room with my key neither with the front desk employee.
Doing a roadtrip across country and needed a place for my family to rest. My fiance just had a major surgery on his ankle and calf and was completely ignored and walked past multiple times when waiting for someone to help us get a room. Ended up leaving. Would not recommend.
comfortable beds and great air conditioner!! It was nice and clean throughout the hotel and the staff members we meet were professional and friendly, as well as helpful. we had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we happen to be in the area. 10/10
honestly the only thing I didn't care for was breakfast, and not because of the quality of the food, everything was prepared and displayed wonderfully. It just wasn't the kind of breakfast we are used to.
quiet good location and friendly staff
the pool needs attention. It was cloudy and a little green
location
old hotel, dirty
This hotel is desperately in need of renovation. The chair fabric had holes in it, the carpet in the hallway and room had stains everywhere, and the baseboard in the bathroom was destroyed. In addition my sheets had hairs and other debris all over them so the cleanliness standards were poor. With so many other hotels in the Denver area, I would not recommend this one. The town Parker was absolutely adorable.
