Struttura bella solo nelle foto!
Pros:

La residence con i sui dintorni e proprio quella Toscana aristocratica che si cerca, giardini, uliveti e vigneti molto curati.

Cons:

Qui siamo una lista molto lunga ma elenco alcune:
- Servizio e qualita cibo ristorante (pessima niente attenzione minima, servizio disattento e non qualificato, mi sono intossicato con un gelato venduto come buontalenti ma era un semplice fior di latte, qundi doppio errore)
- Gestione mia intossicazione pessima menefreghismo totale nonostante segnalato a piu persone del personale.
- Camera con scale accesso difficile con passeggino con neonato nonostante segnato nella prenotazione.
- Amenitis da toillet per il prezzo pagato niente perine o spazzolino denti, da 2 stelle.
- Accesso ai giardini , qui e proprio il culmine quasi tutto privato le parti centrali e piu beĺle detta dallo staff sono private e quindi chiuse ai clienti.
- Struttura e norme ma piccolissima in servizi e gestione clienti.
- Colazione la peggiore che io abbia avuto in mia esperienza, era minima e niente assortimenti, servizio anche qui non quslificato.
- Bar , lasciato con un ragazxo che fa sia il barista sia il cameriere, prodotti limitati ma la sorpresa arriva con una mega truffa chiedo una cammomila poiche mi sono intosdicato nel loro ristorante e il giorno dopo non potevo mangiare nulla, chiedo dei biscotti non ne hanno e mi consiglia dei cantucci dal menu ristorante, al pagamento pago 8 euro camomilla e 15 euro un piattino di cantucci che in menu ristorante sono con bicchiere di vin santo, mi hanno fatto pagare 15 euro biscotti per accompagnare il té.

- Acqua stanza fredda artivata calda il secondo giorno

Sehr .... empfehlenswert - ein sehr schönes anhaltendes Erlebnis das Castel bewohnen zu dürfen
Pros:

Für etwas mehr Geld bekommt man eben etwas mehr geboten. Dennoch eine Unterkunft die man wohl nicht vergessen wird. Wunderschöne sehr gepflegte Anlage, top restaurierte Gebäude mit sehr schöner Osteria.
Junges, aufgewecktes sehr freundliches Personal.

Ich kann hier nichts bemängeln !

Wir haben uns rund um wohl aufgehoben gefühlt. Wie ein Conte.
Pros:

Es war alles perfekt. Das Anwesen sehr herrschaftlich und das Weingut einfach unbeschreiblich gut. Unser Zimmer mit Blick auf die Olivenheine, schön und klassisch eingerichtet.
