Lookout Point Lakeside Inn

This was my first trip to Hot Springs and I usually never post reviews but Lookout Point was excellent in every way.
The hotel is very clean with a comfortable homey feel to it and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The views, the room, and all of the amenities that go above a normal hotel were exceptional (this is really what set them apart). This hotel is a step up above the rest and I have already referred it to friends and family. I absolutely plan on staying again in a few months!

This is one of those get-away destinations that exceeded our expectations.
The room (Magnolia) was comfy, cozy and the bed linens were heavenly. We loved sitting on our room's balcony each day over-looking the beautiful gardens, water features and listening/ watching to a variety of birds and small critters.
We also took advantage of the on-sight canoe, by paddling on Lake Hamilton morning and evening.
The breakfast was a feast for our eyes and tummies. Each was a culinary work of art.
The LOP staff added to the enjoyment of our stay. They were so friendly and helpful.
This was the perfect romantic place to spend our 40th anniversary.
Lookout Point is a peaceful, beautiful place to celebrate, unwind and reconnect.

We stayed in early April to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary...and I am SO glad we did!!! It was truly the most beautiful, peaceful and special place to have some time away together. We absolutely loved our room (Mayflower Suite), the gourmet breakfasts, the coffee delivery, the garden... it was simply amazing! We hope to return again soon and highly recommend to anyone looking for a restful, beautiful and quiet retreat!
We also had a blast at the nearby miniature golf, hiking at Garvan Gardens, exploring downtown and driving into Little Rock to see an on-stage musical. Perfect getaway!

This is the best place ever. We have stayed here, probably a dozen or so times in the past few years. We never want to stay anywhere else. The service is impeccable and the food is beyond amazing. They seriously serve the best breakfast, and if you have any allergies, they will happily accommodate you.
They also have an amazing cocktail menu for afternoons by the lake or just out on your balcony.
The Gardens are beautiful and the wildlife, birds, squirrels, ducks are plentiful. I could go on and on. Just book the stay, you will not regret it.

The location of the Inn is absolutely second to none. We felt very comfortable with the staff. They were very friendly and helpful without being invasive in our privacy.
We would definitely love to go back again soon.

The accommodations surpassed our expectations, offering beautifully appointed, clean, luxurious, and comfortable rooms. The lakeside location is unparalleled. My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, and it truly proved to be a romantic oasis. Notable features included fresh coffee delivered to our door each morning and a meticulously maintained botanical path that seamlessly transitions into the serene open water, fostering an atmosphere of pure tranquility, and the food was excellent! The staff and management provided exceptional service. This establishment has become our preferred destination for romantic getaways.

Beautiful facility. We had a comfortable room with balcony overlooking the garden and lake. Food choices were very tasty. Very nice beer, wine and cocktail selection.
The staff was hospitable and their only concerned was our welfare.

This hotel is perfect for newly weds or physically healthy individuals. Lots of stairs (no elevator) and the walk to the lake follows a flagstone curvy path descending to the beautiful lakeside seating area.

Incredible experience. The atmosphere was peaceful & serene. The staff & service they provided was exceptional, paying attention to every detail with a warm & friendly smile. The food, especially the breakfast was the definition of food art. Delicious not only in taste & variety, but every presentation could have been on the cover of a magazine.

It was absolutely amazing. So quiet, couples only. Just a great get away for us. The staff was great. Breakfast every morning was perfect. View and surroundings were beautiful. The room was clean and comfy. Centrally located.

This was a splurge for my husband and I, but definitely worth it! The accommodations were perfect, the staff was always friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was exceptional. The owners definitely planned this inn well - down to the very last detail. Doesn’t seem like anything was overlooked or could’ve been better. The entire stay was peaceful and beyond enjoyable.

We stayed in the Kokomo room for our 10 year Wedding anniversary. The staff was informative and kind. The room was perfect. From the champagne with souvenir flutes, the cheese, cracker and fruit tray, the 5 star bathroom and a bed we could just relax into. We love the 2 course breakfast as well. Thank you for making our stay amazing.

Phenomenal experience. Friendly staff, a beautiful facility, awesome views and mouthwatering food. We couldn't of asked for a better experience and it rained a couple days while we were there. Thank you for making our time there one to remember!!!

This is a tucked away gem of a boutique hotel, setting on Hamilton Lake in Hot Springs that is one of the best places I have ever stayed. They provide attention to detail and exceptional service. Book in advance because they are almost always full.

This place is honestly magic. Every detail so perfect, so cozy, so accommodating for gluten free & any food sensitivities. And just delicious food in general. The staff are angels. The rooms are so clean. The vibe is so peaceful and it was truly just such a restful experience for a solo quiet weekend on the lake.

My husband planned a long weekend getaway here for our Anniversary and it did not disappoint! The property is absolutely beautiful with flowers, trees, birds and the lake. The service was top notch and they provided us with everything we could possibly need while we were there. The food is so good and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. My favorite was hot coffee and cream left outside of our room every morning! 💜 Everything about Lookout Point is top notch! We can't wait to book our next stay!

We celebrated my 84th birthday at the Inn at Lookout Point, and it was nothing short of perfect. Every detail—from the beautiful grounds to the serene rooms—was thoughtfully done.

The staff are exceptional: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I was delighted to find birthday cupcakes and a handwritten note in our room. Even more special, everyone—including the gardeners—knew it was my birthday, which made the stay feel incredibly personal.

It’s rare to find such a seamless blend of elegance, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. A truly unforgettable celebration.

From the moment we arrived the experience has been nothing short of spectacular! The staff are polite, gracious, accommodating, friendly and welcoming! Everything about this resort is exquisite! The food, the service, the staff, the room and all of the amenities (available kayaks, floats, canoes; fire pit surround by seating, lounge chairs, swings on the waterfront, etc.!) are divine! Not to mention the garden, the view, the luxury bedding, the peace and tranquility. We booked this resort for our honeymoon and we’ve decided that we’ll be back each year on our anniversary. I genuinely can’t imagine a more perfect location to vacation, honeymoon, or even just a weekend getaway. This resort is the perfect destination!

RoomsWe stayed in the Pocahontas and it was beautiful! Spa tub and luxurious bed! Perfect porch with rockers and view of the lake!
SafetyWe felt very safe and secure. The doors lock and the only way to enter is with a door code. The room had an actual key, which we thought was much better than the cards typically used at chain hotels.
Food & drinksBreakfast has been delicious every day! My husband made alternate choices and they brought his food made to order everyday. They are so accommodating! They have fresh cookies everyday too, along with drinks, coffee and waters. We did not order from the larger menu but will probably do that next time….. it looked delicious too!
