Pas de savon pour les mains une terrasse avec des chaises mais sans aucune petite table Pour un 4 etoiles c'est moyen. De plus mal insonorisé On entend les voisins se doucher aller aux toilettes leur reveil...

La habitación es amplia y la cama es cómoda.

El desayuno es poco variado, hay q esperar a que el personal esté libre para que te haga el café y las tostadas, porque la misma persona está en recepción, al teléfono y atendiendo el comedor del desayuno. Aún así, fue amable.
Las instalaciones está muy descuidadas, las zonas verdes totalmente secas y la piscina muy sucia y cerrada. Fuimos a mediados de junio y cuando reservamos la información decía q la piscina estaba cerrada hasta el 31 de mayo. Al llegar nos dicen q está cerrada temporalmente, así q no pudimos usarla. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad.

Igen pool som det stod i beskrivningen. Personalen sade att det var ”kontamination” i vattnet, varför den var stängt. I själva verket fanns det ingen pool utan en algbelagd vattenpöl vilken syntes att den inte varit användbar på flera år!
Inga som helst andra bekvämligheter som det lovats, såsom billiardbord eler annat.
I den så kallad ”kontinental frukosten” ingick inte inget varmt, såsom ägg, bacon eller ens rostat bröd.

No swimming pool and old accomodation

Swimming pool doesn't exist.
Nulla, piscina fuori uso fino a fine anno, ma la tengono in bella vista come specchietto per le allodole.

Cons:

La prima e la più importante, la scorrettezza nel continuare a mantenere la prenotazione nonostante gli avessi chiesto di annullarla nel momento in cui ci siamo resi conto dell'indispisponibilità della piscina.
Anche booking non è per nulla trasparente a riguardo sponsorizzando la piscina nonostante la sua indisponibilità. Al check c'erano almeno 4 famiglie nella stessa condizione e per nessuna è stata valutata una via di uscita. Per il resto l'hotel è datato e l'unico motivo per soggiornarvi potrebbe essere la presenza della piscina. Mi auguro che il manager risponda velocemente a questa recensione, come non ha invece mai risposto alla nostra richiesta formale di una transazione, cancellando almeno le notti successive alla prima.
