Worked well for us.
Pros:

Clean functional room with a comfortable bed and good WiFi. Our room was mid tier at the back. Not much of a view but quiet and comfortable. The mini fridge struggled as it is located in a closet without enough ventilation. We had meds that needed to be kept cool so kept the closet door open at all times. Awkward but it worked. The towels were skimpy and very worn. Overall would likely return. The location worked for us with easy access to downtown either on foot or from the metro 1 easy block away - giving us easy trip to and from the airport. Staff uniformly pleasant. Skipped their breakfast to walk out and explore new options.

Mooi hotel met goede faciliteiten, dichtbij het centrum van Porto

De locatie, het design, de parking, het uitgebreide ontbijt.

Cons:

Mijn internationale charging card werd niet geaccepteerd aan de laadpalen voorzien in de parkeergarage. Gebeld naar de uitbater (GALP) waar ze amper Engels spraken, geen oplossing. Ook het personeel aan de receptie wist amper raad behalve dat ik maar moest bellen naar het nummer op de laadpaal. Gedurende de 3 nachten zag ik geen enkele auto opladen aan de laadpalen dus volgens mij is er een algemeen probleem…. Informeer en assisteer uw bezoekers tenminste aub.
Prijs per nacht voor de parking viel me ook tegen. Zeker als blijkt dat ze niet per nacht maar per dag factureren: dus ook de dag van aankomst én vertrek worden mee aangerekend: 3 nachten geboekt maar 4 dagen x 28 euro betaald !

Bon emplacement
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé à proximité du métro. La nourriture au restaurant Vela est bonne et le personnel est sympathique.

Cons:

La douche était sale avec de la moisissure. Nous avons pris une suite avec terrasse, qui s'avère inutile puisqu'il n'y a pas de parasol, que les chaises sont inconfortables, sans ajouter les fuentes d'oiseaux au sol, sur les vitres, la table et les chaises. C'était déjà bien rempli de fientes à notre arrivée, Il aurait au moins fallu nettoyer le sol et le mobilier. Nous avons fait nettoyer la chambre une seule fois en 4 nuits et on ne nous a pas remis de cup de café pour la machine et les tasses n'ont pas été lavées. Finalement réfrigérateur/minibar presque inutile aussi: il rafraîchit a peine.

Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage, aber schlechte Bettwäsche
Pros:

Tolles smart Home Zimmer, schön eingerichtet und tolle Bettfunktion zum Auffahren, fein zum Lesen. Auch die Frühstücksauswahl lässt nichts zu Wünschen übrig. Und der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um zu Fuß in die Altstadt runter zu laufen.

Cons:

Leider wurde das Bett mit einer nicht atmungsaktiven Bettwäsche bespannt, wir konnten beide Nächte nicht gut schlafen, da wir zu stark in der Bettwäsche schwitzen mussten.
Falls neue Leintücher und Bettüberzüge gekauft werden, würden wir hier auch wieder übernachten ;)
