Bien mais malheureusement l’accueil n’est pas à la hauteur

Accueil par une réceptionniste à peine aimable ce qui est difficile à admettre lorsque l’on vient de faire 250 kms en moto par 35 degrés et pour couronner le tout sa remplaçante n’a jamais voulu nous préciser les endroits incontournables à voir dans Porto on avait vraiment l’air de la déranger…inadmissible pour un hôtel qui se veut de ce standing.

Amei o hotel!
Moderno, excelente localização, funcionários maravilhosos em especial um rapaz que esqueci o nome ( lamentavelmente) porque sempre tão solicito!! O café ótimo!! Roupa de cama tudo muito bom!

Cons:

No dia do meu check out a camareira abriu a porta por duas vezes.. mas nada que abonasse minha estadia excelente. Só precisam estar mais atentas.

All the rest was great.

Just one of the receptionist was quite strange she sent us to the parking without clear directions and we end up paying for entering a different building. After that she gave us a map with specific instructions.
We did skip housekeeping but they said the voucher was for food only at the time we were departing from the hotel.
