La cama era comodisima y la ducha tenía presión de sobra (raro en Murcia)

Las habitaciones están un poco maltratadas, el mobiliario es un poco anticuado, las cortinas tenían marcas de desgaste (algo normal dado que son para bloquear el sol y pueden agrietarse con el paso del tiempo) y en las paredes había también marcas de uso.
La puerta del baño estaba agrietada en la base y la jamba, fruto del uso y de la humedad de la estancia.
Una ligera reforma (pintura y actualización de muebles) haría ya del hotel un hotel de 10
Al desmontar las camas vimos pelusas pelos y manchas a los pies de la sábana bajera.
El personal muy amable y profesional
Las fotos del baño en la reserva no coincidían con la habitación que nos dieron, estaba limpio pero se notaba que era más viejo, con bañera en lugar de ducha
La cama era muy grande y cómoda, el baño también muy bien equipado, con una ducha enorme. El hotel en general tenía muy buen aspecto.
Echamos de menos una cafetera de cápsulas y alguna botella de agua, detalles que sí hemos encontrado en hoteles de precio similar o incluso más baratos. Se oía bastante el tráfico, a pesar de estar en la 5ª planta, y las tuberías también hacían ruido cada vez que en alguna habitación cercana usaban el baño. Nos sorprendió para un hotel de 4 estrellas que la cortina tuviera varios rotos que dejaban pasar la luz por la mañana. La ubicación nos vino bien para lo que necesitábamos, pero el entorno no tiene ningún atractivo.
La comodidad de la habitación. Y la amabilidad del personal. Muy serviciales.

Chambre classique d'hôtel 4 étoiles. Stationnement souterrain avec un accès facile. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est très bon. À distance de marche du Theatro Romea. Il y a le restaurant Sushi Dori à côté, à essayer

Beds were better than most and mainly comfortable with a medium firm feel to me - pillows were the weaker point good just not great. I didn't;t eat in the restaurant but it did look nice
bathroom layout is horrible and banged my hip hard into the sink going too the bathroom at night. The toilet is behind the door so you need to open the door walk in, close the door in order to get enough clearance to get to the toilet.
