The perfect girls trip! Great location, friendliest staff, and the pool was to die for!

Charming except for the food poisoning.
Pros:

This is a stylish hotel with a cute pool in a great location on Forsyth Park. Staff was very accommodating, except for when it really mattered.

Cons:

Skip the restaurant. We contacted food poisoning snd had to go to urgent care. Our whole stay was marred by this and they should have done more to make up for it. I would call this poor hospitality for one of the "leading hotels of the world".

Highlight of our trip!
Pros:

Phenomenal! Highlight of our trip was staying at Bardo. We had restaurants and activities booked in Savannah, but honestly enjoyed the pool, the patio, and the restaurants at the hotel the most. It's a vibe. Drinks were also amazing. Text support. We asked for ice and they had it up to us in minutes. Will cover transportation for you within 2 miles. Loved the spa. Loved the gym. It was wonderful.

Nothing. All good.

Wonderful stay. The staff was amazing and very helpful n would def recommend if you’re in Savannah.
Pros:

This property is beautiful and it has a playful yet elegant retro charm to it. Absolutely loved the courtyard and pool area. The room was stunning with great views of the park.

Cons:

We had a corner suite and the only thing I would suggest is adding a couch. We had a separate dining area that could seat 6 people at a table, but the only other place to sit was one arm chair. Seemed odd not to have a small couch in such a large space.

One of my favorite hotels
Pros:

Location, staff, ambiance, rooms

Cons:

We loved our stay and will absolutely be back. If we were to suggest one improvement it would be faster cleaning service. Our room was cleaned closer to 5 Pm. It would have been nice for it to be done earlier in the day.

A perfect getaway!!!!
Pros:

Visiting Savannah for the very first time. Hotel Bardo
seemed to be in a good location and had great reviews. And what a wonderful place this is! Like an oasis in the city. Our suite is fabulous. The pool and pool staff are excellent. Front desk staff, especially Rik, are above and beyond helpful. And the restaurant is excellent as well. All good!!! Oh - and the city is wonderful too!

Pure 5 Star Stay
Pros:

I’ve been to numerous hotels in Savannah and Hotel Bardo is the best. Pure 5 star experience - rooms are large, staff is friendly, and it’s right across from Forsyth Park. Plus the pool is worth it alone. If you’re going to Savannah stay here - you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful, pristine and relaxing!
Pros:

Best girls trip yet! The pool, the club, housekeeping… everything was beautiful and easy. The staff was so friendly, the atmosphere was perfect, and we truly got to relax and enjoy every minute together. Can’t wait to come back!

A must while in Savannah!
Pros:

Amazing time in Savannah. The hotel is beautifully appointed with thoughtful amenities throughout, but what really stood out was the service. The team made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived and by the end of the stay we were all on a first name basis. You can tell there’s a real sense of hospitality and care behind everything they do. Also, don’t skip the gelato… trust me. Already looking forward to the next trip back!
