Llegué a hacer el checkin a las 13:30, con una hora de holgura con respecto a mi cita y me sorprendió que había cola de 6 personas/familias. Al cabo de media hora, solo había terminado 1. Viendo el ritmo (no lo entendía y menos para reservas online donde ya has facilitado datos previamente), le pedí al chico de recepción que si le podía dejar allí mi maleta y ya haría el checkin por la tarde, a lo que me contestó que para eso también tenía que hacer la cola, así que me tuve que ir a comer con la maleta y volver por la tarde. Me pareció un contratiempo desagradable
