Staff accogliente e paziente anche con chi, come noi, non parliamo benissimo l'inglese. Struttura pulita e accogliente. Posizione buona di fianco alla stazione di Greenwich.
l'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très agréable, à proximité de tous les transports pour se rendre au centre de Londres en 20 mins. . Les chambres sont propres et la literie confortable.
La nourriture du restaurant laisse à désirer, notamment pour les menus enfants qui ne sont pas très varié ni équilibré (ex: Pizza/ Frites?!). Pour les adultes, idem, ce n'est pas très varié, beaucoup de choses sont en supplément (ex: salade Caesar = salade verte et croutons, le poulet est en supplément). rien n'est fait maison, sauf un plat. Le petit déjeuner est correct.
Sauber, modern eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage.
Abendessen hat oft seelenruhig lange gedauert, ein Schrank für Kleidung hat gefehlt

Excentré de Londres et donc minimum 30 min de trajet train de banlieue/métro.

Breakfast and location
The price.
Breakfast was good but you may get bored of the food if you plan to stay for more than 3 days. The dinner was also good and same applies if you are staying for long period.
The location is just perfect. Close to the train station and bus station just I front of it.
The Greenwich market, cutty sark and museums are just walking distances from the hotel.
The facility has a gym and sauna but we were not told during check in. I only found out when I asked on my last day.
Overall, there's nothing to complain about.

The hotel was perfect for our little visit, the rooms were a good size and the beds were super comfy.
The lift was a bit confusing and we were not told about having to use the key card by reception so perhaps make sure you explain when checking in.

The tv wasn’t a smart tv so I couldn’t really watch anything whist I was there - I would recommend investing in smart tvs please.

Location is perfect, just next to Greenwich DLR station.
Room spacious, but bed not comfy, bathroom not clean enough for a 4 star hotel. Toilets: water takes time to fill in order to flush. Breakfast: not much choices and not good, and we were always placed in a corner super narrow.
