Pros:

Todo perfecto. Carmen como recepcionista fue estupenda y nos hico muy fácil el primer día. Todo muy limpio y muy cómodo. La ubicación excelente ya que el transporte público lo tienes justo al lado

Cons:

No le pongo un diez porqué el menú para cenar era un poco lioso y no está nada explicado cuando lo contratas. Podían explicar que si hay menores (aunque son adolescentes que comen como limas) cuando contratas menú para ellos les toca el infantil, y es reducido .Y las opciones para los adultos no son muy claras. Salvo eso, lo recomiendo al 100%

Five nights, no proper cleaning
Pros:

The location, breakfast, and overall comfort of the room were very good. My room - double superior - was quiet and spacious for one person.

Cons:

My room was not cleaned once during a five-night stay! Housekeeping changed the towels and made the bed, but nothing more. Dirty mugs and glasses were never replaced. I went down to the restaurant twice to exchange them myself. The sink and shower were not cleaned once, and coffee was not always refilled.

The shower did not work properly, and room service told me to call maintenance myself.

I came to London for work and paid for a hotel, not an Airbnb, where I have to handle basic housekeeping myself.

Cons:

The room was comfortable but small, as we spent 4 nights and were travelling for another 10 days we needed to unpack and have some laundry done. There was no laundry service we had to find a launderette. The room had limited space for luggage and there was no shelves or drawers to put clothes.

Great place to stay when you have business in Excell for a reasonable price
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful . The room was nice. You will receive a voucher of 5GBP when you don't use the housekeeping for cleaning. Great breakfast and you can still order eggs separately. Location is great with the station right next to the hotel. Greenwich is a nice place to stay when you have business in Excell.
