Novotel hotel Greenwich
Pros:

I liked the location and staff they were very helpful and accommodating, which makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I would like to call out one member of staff in particular Mahdi he was very helpful on check in and even went out his way to show us the room to make sure we were happy with it.

Cons:

The room we had a few issues in terms of the shower leaking and also the usb charging ports did not work.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, professional staff, excellent location for access to Greenwich on foot and by train/DLR to central London.

Cons:

Bedroom seemed a little bit tired. Time for a refurbishment. Shower hose in need of replacement or deep clean. No air conditioning in lobby area which makes it very warm in summer.

Bien, pero deben mejorar el servicio
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta. Está pegado literalmente a la estación de Greenwich y en 10-15 minutos estás en el centro.
Las habitaciones están muy bien insonorizadas y no se escucha ni el tren ni a los huéspedes vecinos.
La comida está recién hecha y está sabrosa, sobre todo las costillas y la hamburguesa.
Está bien para un fin de semana, pero no más.

Cons:

La variedad del desayuno y de los menús de adulto y niños es escasa. Hay muy pocos productos gluten free. La variedad de fruta en el postre de la cena se reduce a melón (rodajas de sandía sosa, seca y blanquecina).
Los camareros/as son MUY MUY MUY lentos. Entre plato y plato te hace la digestión. A menudo nos traían la comida antes que la bebida aunque la reclamabamos. La única respuesta que recibíamos por su lentitud e ineptitud era que estaban muy ocupados. La respuesta era la misma con el restaurante lleno que solo con cuatro mesas. ¡Si les llega un autobús del IMSERSO colapsan!
La limpieza de las habitaciones es justita. Hay moqueta y no está demasiado limpia (tiene manchas). Al hacer la cama solo estiran el nórdico, la bajera la dejan arrugada. Un día los/las limpiadores/as se dejaron olvidado un trapo en la habitación y allí se quedó hasta que nos fuimos.

Pleasant first introduction to the UK
Pros:

Everything was clean and neat. The room was spacious and had a great view.

Cons:

Nothing really. Perhaps only the restaurant staff could have been friendlier when I had dinner at the hotel one night.
