Excellent for a short term stay

An ideal location for my wife and me to meet some old friends in London.
Pros:

Very friendly place. Dog friendly. Great location in Greenwich next to train station and DLR.

Cons:

At hotel everything was great. Just outside a bit more green areas for walking our dogs would have been great, but can't have everything.

2 night stay before a tour
Pros:

great location, right next to greenwich station, good breakfast. Very comfortable bed!

Loved the location..so good to be so close to railway station..bus stops and central for town centre
Hotel public area's beautiful
Room was snug for 3 people but clean and good size tv ..
Beds comfortable

Cons:

Minor issue..but toaster at breakfast buffet was slow and didnt toaster the bread very well
Breakfast stes small..which am guessing was to encourage smaller helpings to avoid fod waste

overall it was a good stay, the ideal location for our purposes. cleanliness issues were mainly in the bathroom, it could do with a proper clean. And the shower tended to leak onto the bathroom floor under the shower door. Staff wise, the least I expect is a smile, that was lacking with some staff on the Friday. The lady on reception on Saturday morning was far friendlier with a bright smile, so, again, not all staff. So, to sum up, I would probably stay again. Just get your staff to be a bit more welcoming and smile. Not difficult, and they go a long way in the customer experience.
