We were unlucky with the weather and resort area lacked joy.
Pros:

Nice Pool area, Good Breakfast and clean. desk staff pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Room was cold as very windy during the stay and the corridor external doors were consistently left open. Balcony needed some design element adding as no view and not a great place to sit.

Disappointing lack of warm service and luxury touches which we expect from a five star hotel

The buffet breakfast was very good, but the next day we had breakfast in the room which was very bad indeed. The omelette was impossible to eat, the coffee was cold and very ordinary bread. It was poorly prepared and poorly served.

Cons:

The staff were not particularly friendly, and when we left, nobody bothered to say goodbye. There were no luxuries which we expected from a five star hotel, for example no mats by the side of the bed, no slippers, no attendant by the pool, and we had to pay to go to the temple even though we had a very expensive suite

Out Dated Non Luxury Rooms
Pros:

I recently booked this hotel two rooms, unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. I booked the presidential suite, room 201, and was extremely let down upon arrival. The room was outdated, showing signs of wear and tear that suggested it hadn’t been remodeled in decades. For the hefty price of $2,400 a night, I expected a much more luxurious and up-to-date experience. My other non suite room for my kids was nicer room 101 and 1/2 the price.

After expressing my concerns, the staff did offer me a different room that had been remodeled, although it was not a suite. While I appreciated the effort, it was disappointing to have to downgrade when I had specifically booked a suite for that price. They mentioned they would speak to the booking agency regarding the price difference or possibly cover my dinner as compensation. However, at the end of my stay, I was surprised to find that NOTHING was taken off my bill.

The hotel is situated in an amazing location. However, the outdated rooms and the lack of care from the staff left much to be desired. I felt that the staff didn’t prioritize guest satisfaction, which really detracted from the overall experience thus the 1 star rating.

Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel unless significant changes are made to both the accommodations and the level of service. It’s a shame, as this place has so much potential in such a prime location. With new luxury hotels opening near this area I’ll stay there next year.

Excelente experiencia, personal muy dedicado a la satisfacción del cliente. La recepción fue muy cálida y profesional, la si instalaciones muy buenas. Las habitaciones amplias, muy luminosas, la cama muy buena y las almohadas perfectas para los que necesitamos almohadas bajas de pluma.

Unique location for this hotel.
Pros:

Good location to the Temples. Dinner with Temple view is special. Easy parking which was included. Outside cocktail bar with temple view was fun and relaxing.

Cons:

Check in process could be more efficient . Front desk direction regarding temple access and museum was confusing. Breakfast staff were slow and often didn’t wait on us like others. We did not get all of our order. Not worth extra for breakfast.
