Durante la colazione si è verificata un'invasione di api che ha reso impossibile consumare il pasto. Lo staff non mi ha fornito alcuna assistenza, giustificandosi dicendo che la struttura si trova in mezzo alla natura e che non era possibile intervenire. Di fatto, non ho potuto usufruire del servizio di colazione.

Excellent stay and highly recommend to others
Pros:

lovely place to stay and explore Valley of the Temples. nice pool with view to the ancient site. Staff were very helpful and accommodation great. also good to have parking and a gym.

Cons:

we just couldn't justify the expense of dining experiences within resort, but maybe that's just us...

Pros:

I liked the location and proximity to the valley of the temples.

Cons:

The interiors and exteriors are dated. I’ve stayed in the property some years ago and I could tell not much changed. You could tell the property was once a luxury hotspot and you can certainly tell by the attitude of the staff. Unfortunately the place failed to keep up with the times and is left with deluded staff and service that’s sub par.

Plan a stop here!
Pros:

If you are planning a tour of Sicily you need to spend one night here. You get to utilize their special entrance into the Valley of the Temples. Then hang out in their pool with a view of the temples. Beautiful after our HOT day at the temples. Our room also had a patio with a view of the temples. Amazing!! Gorgeous all lit up at night. What a special hotel! The breakfast on the terrace was fantastic.

Très bon emplacement et cadre magnifique

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas souriant et pas agréable.
Le Check in était en retard d’une heure (pas d’excuse ni explication).
Le service au petit déjeuner fut très désagréable. La serveuse a l’accueil presque agressive. Très décevant.
Ne vaut pas son prix et ne justifie pas les 5 étoiles

Relaxing getaway
Pros:

Such a nice place to stay! The food is amazing, the staff is so friendly, and the spa was great — we got massages and facials from Melania and she was amazing!!

Also there are some kittens on the resort and we loved seeing them.
