The location is close to the cruise terminal & dock shops, but the accommodations were bare bones.
Pros:

The hotel was close to the cruise terminal, which was convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There was a variety of food options for the breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast staff were not very friendly or customer service oriented. The atmosphere of the hotel was stark and uncomfortable. There was insufficient space in the room for suitcases, and the furnishings were more like an office or school dormitory. It took 20 minutes for hot water to arrive to the sinks and shower on the 5th floor.

Le petit déjeuner : beaucoup de choix, tout le monde pouvait trouver son bonheur
L'isolation des chambres : l'hôtel était plein et on n'entendait rien

Cons:

Malgré des températures extérieures peu élevées, nous avons dû dormir fenêtres ouvertes à proximité d'un axe bien emprunté

Pros:

There was a bar downstairs, and outdoor seating area and a couple of games for the kids which means you don't have to stay sat in your room. It was very close to the harbour so lovely for a walk, good Aircon and little extras in the bathroom such as dressing gowns, shower caps, and earbuds which sound small but when you've a had a long day travelling they were extra comforts which made the stay nicer. There was a mini fridge which was reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Not much and I'm being petty to type something here but I waited for around 10/15 minutes for someone to serve and be served at the bar despite asking and then saying someone was on the way and then was quite slow service.

Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié, c'est l'accueil chaleureux à la réception ainsi que la rapidité et la bienveillance du personnel lorsqu'il s'agissait de répondre à nos besoins

Cons:

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons en famille dans cet établissement. Le seul léger point négatif concerne le petit-déjeuner, qui manque de variété pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles de plus nous n'avions pas de mini bar dans la chambre c'est dommage

Nel complesso è un hotel buono ma non rispecchia lo stile di un 4stelle, forse solo nel prezzo.
Al mio arrivo il personale di accettazione solo focalizzato nel farsi pagare le garanzie,nonostante io sia platinum di livello hotel del gruppo accor.

I understood it is an ecofriendly hotel and don't encourage pet bottles for water then hotel should provide glass bottles to the rooms. It was on demand, if some one asks.
