Remote location
Pros:

It is historic and interesting. Enjoyed roaming around the lovely old monastery. Played pool in the “basement”. Large room with sitting area.

Cons:

Quite remote area. Not many places around to eat or do anything much. The door stop in the bathroom is in a terrible place. I got out of the bathtub and stepped down on it and hurt the bottom of my foot.

An comfortable stay in an interesting setting!
Pros:

Good breakfast, very spacious and attentive staff (a heartfelt thanks to Mateus for the kindness and warm welcome).

Cons:

Bathroom door didn’t close; double bed was two single beds pushed together, which wasn’t 100% comfortable at times; nighttime gives this hotel a bit of a eerie vibe, especially if you’re not accustomed to religious themes.

Pros:

El desayuno sencillo, pero muy completo, con respecto a la ubicación, esta situado en una zona muy tranquila y alejado de todos los ruidos, eso si, un poco alejado de Oliveira de Hospital, concretamente en Vila Pouca da Beira, pero eso lo hace mas agradable.

Um hotel belíssimo, mas emocionalmente frio no acolhimento.
Pros:

Do cuidado e limpeza do quarto. Estava extraordinário. Hotel e espaços envolventes belíssimos.

Cons:

É um hotel sem alma ou alegria, nomeadamente no acolhimento/receção de quem chega.
Apesar da beleza do espaço e do cuidado exemplar do quarto, o acolhimento revelou-se distante e impessoal. Não se sente hospitalidade, simpatia nem uma verdadeira atenção ao hóspede por parte da receção/gerência. O hotel tem enorme potencial, mas falta-lhe calor humano e presença no contacto com quem chega.

Espaço é muito agradável.

Cons:

Serviço de baixa qualidade, principalmente ao nível das refeições. Toalhas de mesa com sujidade nomeadamente cabelos.

Espaço organiza eventos e festaa o que trás inúmeras perturbações para os hóspedes do hotel.
