Agradável estadia em León
Pros:

Funcionários bastante acessíveis e com foco em resolução de incidentes. Por exemplo, o WC estava com um cheiro desagradável quando nos atribuíram o quarto e, depois de reportado, conseguiram resolver definitivamente. O estacionamento coberto tem um preço acessível comparado com a redondeza, a cama é confortável e o tamanho do quarto é generoso. Boa localização para não precisar do carro na estadia turística em León.

Cons:

O quarto, na zona do ar condicionado no teto, aparentava alguma humidade que necessitará de reparar o aspeto da pintura. O facto de ter apenas um elevador, não muito rápido, pode ser chato em alturas de maior utilização e para hóspedes nos pisos mais altos.

Ottimo hotel
Pros:

Hotel perfetto. Camere ampie e pulite con bagno molto bello e doccia ampia e funzionante. Staff molto gentile. Possibilità di parcheggio davanti all' Hotel (in strada) gratuito dalle 19pm alle 10am. Posizione a 15 min da tutte le attrazioni della città
