Residency Hotel Fort

The location is excellent. Our room was very clean and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, particularly the Indian variety. Omelettes and dosas were freshly cooked.

The staff were amazing - help, friendly and caring, without ever being pushy.
The hotel location is excellent - just a few steps to the metro (aqua line) which links directly to the airport.
The room was well appointed and sparkling clean.

スタッフの皆さんが、和かで親切、気持ち良く過ごすことが出来ました。街中でしたが、静かで快適でした。ホテルの皆さんがよくまとまっていて、より良いサービスに心掛けておられるように感じられました。立地も大変良く地下鉄、バス利用も都合よく出来ました。ホテルが市内ツアーを提供しており、安価で便利でした。

Non bisogna farsi scoraggiare dall'esterno, tipicamente indiano: gli interni sono tutta un'altra cosa. La mia camera, situata in un'ala di recente ristrutturazione, era piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort, moderna e persino elegante, oltre che impeccabilmente pulita. Il personale è incredibilmente gentile, la colazione buona e abbastanza variata, con piatti indiani ma non solo. Nell'insieme l'hotel perfetto per chi non ama la standardizzazione delle grandi catene internazionali, vuole vivere la confusione del "centro storico" di Mumbai e poter raggiungere i principali punti di interesse a piedi. Di fronte all'hotel c'è la fermata della metropolitana che collega Bombay Sud all'aeroporto, mentre la stazione di Churchgate è a dieci minuti a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Cosa si potrebbe chiedere di più?

Breakfast was very good. Out of 3 rooms, one was very big. And size of 2 rooms were small.

De ligging van het hotel. Perfecte ligging voor als je Zuid-Mumbai wil verkennen.
Alles ligt op wandelafstand. De ene kant Gateway of India en de andere kant het Victoria station.
Het personeel is het meest vriendelijke personeel dat ik ken. Heel behulpzaam en altijd vriendelijk.

The staff were amazing! Their hospitality is exceptional! The concierges were very helpful and Rajesh went out of his way to assist us. Breakfast was excellent. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful quite, large room on the third floor (709) at the back of the Heritage "Wing" (separate building next door to hotel). Cleaned to a high standard every day. Decent breakfast and friendly front desk with brilliant concierge services provided by Rajesh (arranging taxi's etc).

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, ruim de tijd tussen 8u en 11u; vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Airco werkte goed.

We couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough. The staff and their level of service was incredible - everyone was friendly, attentive and gave us loads of recommendations for places to eat nearby (Ideal Corner, a Parsi cafe less than thirty seconds walk away, was excellent). Our room was comfortable with ice cold air conditioning and the breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect for first timers in Mumbai, with most attractions a short walk or taxi ride away.

Perfect position close to the subway and in the Fort area which is very nice! The staff of the hotel is amazing, never had such a careful service! Also the breakfast is very good and the rooms are big, modern and clean and also soundproof. Super recommended!

The hotel is in a great location to explore the Fort area and within easy and safe walking distance of many other attractions. Our room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast is delicious and the staff are very helpful and friendly. This was our second visit and we look forward to our next stay.
