Everything was great! The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and the environment is welcoming and well-kept. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a really pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it!

L'hotel è bello, centralissimo e le persone dello staff sono molto cordiali e disponibili. La colazione ottima, molto varia! La camera pulita.

Cons:

Purtroppo hanno un grande problema di umidità, in camera appena siamo entrati c'era un forte odore di muffa che per fortuna mettendo il deumidificatore se n'è andato dopo un po. Devo dire che nel complesso tutto bene ma molto cara per essere a Mumbai.

Lo staff gentilissimo e la posizione, comodissima alla metro. ottima colazione.

Cons:

la camera che abbiamo avuto era davvero piccola, un po esposta sulla strada e quindi rumorosa. per il resto accettabile, ma un po decadente e considerato il prezzo francamente troppo cara per quello offerto

Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mitten in Mumbai Fort

Ich war schon mehrfach dort und immer außerordentlich zufrieden. Aus meiner Sicht ist es das beste Hotel in der Stadt in diesem Preissegment. Vor allem das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde immer wieder dieses Hotel wählen (zumal ich schon in diversen anderen Hotels war und vergleichen kann).
Wichtig ist außerdem, dass jetzt eine Metro (Aqua Line bis Hutatma Chowk) vom CSMAI direkt bis vor die Haustür fährt, was eine enorme Erleichterung darstellt- sofern man nicht mitten in der Nacht ankommt.
Das indische Frühstück ist ebenfalls grandios.

Der Empfang war herzlich, das Hotel liegt günstig. Das Personal war permanent freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön und man hatte seine Ruhe obwohl es zur Straße raus ging. Frühstück war super lecker.

Cons:

Der Stauraum für Kleidung und Gepäck war irgendwie schwierig.
