Just fantastic.
Pros:

The staff were all amazing! I'd left the previous hotel after a bad experience, and getting ill, and they all looked after me so well. Reception were fantastic, really solving the problems I arrived with, the guys who looked after the rooms were lovely to chat to each morning, the guys running the excellent breakfast service were so friendly and lovely, and Rajesh went to the pharmacy for me, and took me to a restaurant on the back of his motorbike when I asked if there were good places nearby. Just superb, kind, friendly service.

Cons:

Literally the only minor negative was that my particular room didn't have much natural light. I wouldn't have cared, but I was very sick while I stayed here (from street food) and I spent a full day in the room one day, and would have loved a window with any view.

A Home Away from Home in South Mumbai
Pros:

Everything about this hotel ticks most of the boxes. The staff needs special mention. Very helpful, very polite.
The location is amazing. Within walking distance of most South Mumbai Architectural marvels, Near to Marine Drive, Colaba Causeway, Gateway of India, CST, Churchgate etc.
Take a place at their new Annexe Club Double if possible. Great Value for money.
Would book again with them in future.

Cons:

Not too.many th8ngs to dislike, if you want me to nitpick, i would say the lift needs some upgrade and maintenance.

Good value for a stay in Mumbai close to our favorite restaurant Ekaa.
Pros:

Location is close to the metro and train station. The staff is friendly and eager to please rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has lots of good and healthy options

Cons:

The view out the large Windows has a lot of cable lines hanging in front.

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

Really comfortable hotel in a great location in the Fort area of Mumbai. Staff a really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent- lots of choices. Will definitely stay again one day.

Wonderful! Can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at Residency Hotel Fort and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautiful, with a huge window that made the whole space feel bright and welcoming. The location is fantastic. You can walk to Colaba Market in around 15 minutes, reach Marine Drive very quickly for sunset walks, and there are countless shops and restaurants all around the area. There’s even a Tesco nearby, which was super convenient.

But what really made this stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, attentive, warm, and genuinely funny. The complimentary tea and coffee service throughout the day until 11 p.m. was such a lovely touch, and we always enjoyed chatting with the servers. The reception team was equally wonderful and made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay.

This hotel has such a special atmosphere, and we already can’t wait to come back.

J'y suis venu il y a 4 ans et j'avais un très bon souvenir. De retour pour 4 nuits et encore parfait.
L'équipe est au petit soins, tous très aimable. La localisation est parfaite et le petit déjeuner un régal.

Dobre miejsce na rozpoczęcie zwiedzania Mombaju.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacji metro - około 2 minuty spacerem. Śniadanie ciekawe i różnorodne. Profesjonalna obsługa. Pokój niezbyt duży, ale przytulny i czysty.
