Not worth it, stay a little outside of sout mumbai and just take the taxi

It has a good central location for south Mumbai

Cons:

It was so dirty everywhere. In the room, the bathroom, the hallways. My doorlock was broken and therefore I couldn’t sleep very well. I felt unsafe and dirty… there were spots in the bedding and it looked like the bed was left by the previous occupant. Everything had moist stains…

Pros:

The location was perfect, and breakfast was good though not very lavish. The staff was very good.

Cons:

The access and approach to the room very narrow alley. The washroom door couldn't be locked The corridor area to the rooms was very narrow. Room size-The Room was very small .There were no restaurant options apart from breakfast. If you see pics of the Hotel from outside you will feel its a big hotel but from inside it is very tight place Aesthetically, it lacked the expectation My expectation was higher than it actually was.

Pros:

As it says come like a guest and leave like a family,is true with this place.very kind and helpful staff.
The rooms were clean and compact.Breakfast was good and tasty.
Mr peter at the restaurant was a gem. Each staff from front desk to housekeeping was there to take care.

Super Hotel!
Pros:

Amazing helpful staff!! Nice bathroom, nice room, very nice Lounge with AC and free Coffee, tea, Books, newspaper, Massage chair. Receptionist who recommended and arranged Tours in Mumbai- which allowed me to use my 1,5 days to the fullest!

Comfortable stay and friendly staff!
Pros:

Property was lovely, good location nearby amenities and sight seeing spots.

Cons:

Some areas near the property were filthy . We spotted rats nearby and alley way across the road were scrawling with rats.

Amazing! Friendly staff! Had a great time!
Pros:

Rooms were super clean and had everything you need. Staff were lovely and very attentive, you can book tours through them too! We loved the complimentary chai!! Breakfasts were brilliant too!

Cons:

Restaurants and sightseeing places are at least a 15+ walk away, but otherwise good safe location in the fort!!

Overpriced and very poor value for money

Cons:

Very small room for the cost... Barely enough space for a single bed. The bathroom was similarly so small that there's barely enough space to stand, with a very small wash basin.

Electrical points were damaged or broken.

The dining room is also very small, with about 3 tables. Most people are forced to sit outside while they wait for a chance to get their breakfast. They told me I would have to wait for 15 mins to be able to enter the dining room to get breakfast... That wasn't possible for me so I had to leave without breakfast.

For 7.5k INR, I think there is a limit to how much you can charge for a good location.

I've misplaced my invoice and am trying to get a replacement. There is no response despite multiple attempts.

Nice stay, good location, behaviour of staff was v nice and helpful specially restaurant staff.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is excellent

Excellent value for money, clean, nice staff, great location
Pros:

The staff were lovely. For the price, I was expecting something poor, but it was fantastic - though I did get upgraded for free. There is a nice restaurant. The room is small but does the job. The wifi was pretty good.

Cons:

There is no desk in the room for work, and it's a bit loud at night. The window also wasn't great. But for the price, I wasn't expecting much at all!
