L’appartement était propre très bien aménagé nous avons bien dormi pas de bruit les personnes de l’accueil très agréable et le petit déjeuner super la personne qui s’est occupé du buffet était très agréable et bienveillante nous y avons passé une nuit qui fut très agréable

Cons:

L’odeur dans l’appartement surtout dans les toilettes ça sentait l’urine pas de produit vaisselle dans la cuisine une chambre sans télé et dans une des l’autre chambre la télécommande n’avait pas de couvercle au pile

Très déçu !!!! Des tâches sur le canapé’ le plancher abimè, des fuites au plafond !

Le buffet du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Chambre en très mauvais état. Pas de porte à une chambre. Pas de fenêtre aux chambres pour aérer. Moquettes très sales.
Rue en travaux. On ne trouvait pas l’accès pour venir au parking. La réceptionniste pas aimable, nous a dit de nous débrouiller, et que l’on finirait par trouver la route.

Bien situé mais équipement défectueux et manquants.
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, proche de la gare Part-Dieu.

Cons:

Le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas. Il manquait également une serviette pour les mains et pour la douche.

Je souhaite vous faire part de notre mécontentement concernant la chambre que nous avons occupée. La propreté n’était vraiment pas au rendez-vous : les joints de la douche étaient moisis, ce qui est inacceptable pour une chambre d’hôtel.

De plus, la climatisation était cassée, ce qui a rendu le séjour très inconfortable. Nous avons également constaté qu’il n’y avait pas assez de vaisselle pour 4 personnes, alors que la réservation était bien prévue pour 4. Même problème pour le café : les quantités fournies n’étaient pas suffisantes pour 4 personnes sur 2 jours.

Nous sommes donc très déçus par la qualité des prestations proposées
