Please note that the Jasmine SPA is open exclusively to the person who booked it and his/her guests. Maximum capacity of the spa is 6 people and minimum stay is 2 hours. This is a charming hotel with a real sense of style and character. The interior is beautifully furnished and decorated, with a distinctive Art Deco atmosphere.
The reception staff were very friendly, and the porter was particularly helpful and welcoming, always with a big smile. Our room was comfortable and the air conditioning was much appreciated during the very hot weather.
The breakfast was varied and enjoyable, and we also had an excellent dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, where we chose a set menu.
The location is also a real advantage, with the Old Town within easy walking distance.
When we arrived in our room, the bathroom floor was clearly not clean, with numerous hairs and traces left by previous guests. For a five-star hotel, this is simply not acceptable and falls well below the level of cleanliness we would expect from an establishment of this standard.
