Great location, very comfortable beds, clean rooms
Buffet breakfast ran out of milk, cream, fruit and cereal. Desk clerk was busy checking someone in so couldn’t refill it. We had to be somewhere so we couldn’t wait
The property needs a refresh
It was tired; unfortunately opposite to a Church Community kitchen for individuals living on the street. The area felt unsafe.
Room was really nice. Most of staff was really friendly
The morning guy at front desk was really dry and unfriendly. Also homeless people from across the street by the church
Situation dans la ville et calme
Rien à dire
We were at the 5th floor without elevator, with 3 kids and lots of luggages 🫠
Comfortable, downtown location, close to Brown- we were there for graduation.
Breakfast hours/window could be longer/wider.
Excellent location and rooms were nice
Lack of communication. I found a bug in my bed and I put it in a baggy and took it to the front desk. I talked with Sebastian and he was very kind and pleasant and switched our rooms for us, which was very nice. He told me he'd have management reach out to me the next day to discuss if it was investigated and if that was a bed bug (I have no idea if it was) I have called twice with no return call from management, and it has been a week, so I am now leaving a review in hopes of hearing from someone.
It was ok
The restaurant
Convenience, staff was cordiak.
Dirty window treatments with noticeable stains. Broken bathroom toiletries->conditioner dispenser detached from wall with remanent adhesives on shower wall.
The location was perfect.
The bed was hard. The continental breakfast was minimal at best. The tea station was not well-maintained. The front desk person at check-in and check-out were not very helpful. My checkout receipt wwd incorrect and front desk person refused to change it. I will not stay there again.

A wonderful historic hotel located right in the heart of Providence. We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning lobby and entrance area that creates a very elegant and charming atmosphere. We truly enjoyed staying here and would happily come back again.
As a recommendation, I would suggest cleaning the drains in sinks, bathtubs, and showers more often. Many guests have long hair, so the drains can clog very quickly. Because of this, water starts building up in the sinks and shower areas and can splash everywhere, which is not very comfortable.
I would really recommend paying a bit more attention to regular drain cleaning. This is actually a common issue in many hotels, so I simply wanted to mention it as helpful feedback.
We had a suite for our wedding weekend and it was a perfect space for me to get ready with my Bridesmaids and peaceful to stay over after the wedding. The staff was very friendly. And were so accommodating with our dog. We had no problems.
