Pros:

The room was haunted, but our ghost was very nice. The AC unit appeared to be a whirling sphere to another universe, but room was perfect temp, so worth it! The roaming bands of crack heads was a slight draw back. Ghost (Ebenezer Kellogg) seemed comfortable in the cuck chair. His encouraging golf claps and tips proved useful, 10/10 would come again!

Location downtown and friendly staff. Room and bathroom comfortable. All day free coffee and tea at the reception. Quiet room 500.

Cons:

Including breakfast is not true, the hotel charge for a good breakfast. They offer free fruits and pastries from 8 am to 10 am.

The area around hotel looked sketchy. Across the street there was people laying on sidewalk, it was kinda scary actually.

Liked the hotel and location for our purposes. Room for improvement given price.
Pros:

clean well appointed bathroom. bed comfortable. safe. adequate closet space. overall facility was ok.

Cons:

staff needs training. Should greet guests whenever they enter lobby. Show positive hospitality energy. Elevator has three broken tiles as you enter. Bad impression. "breakfast" as a bit of a joke.

Overall I truly enjoyed my stay!! GREAT hotel
Pros:

Loved that the customer service was amazing and I really enjoyed my hotel and the old English hotel decor

Cons:

I wish that the carpet in my hotel room was a little cleaner, and the water was hotter.
