They need to fix elevator floor
Loved that the customer service was amazing and I really enjoyed my hotel and the old English hotel decor
I wish that the carpet in my hotel room was a little cleaner, and the water was hotter.

Location is very good. Very central. A bit of a hike to get to the room but overall the room was nice and clean.
When you arrive at a hotel the least you expect from the receptionist is a smile and a welcome. I came through the door in heavy rain and approached the front desk with no one else in sight only the receptionist. She didnt look directly at me and simply said "checking in?" and I said "no hello? no welcome to our hotel?" She looked up, stone faced and said "hello" in a sarcastic tone. The rudest and coldest check-in experience ever. If you dont greet arriving guests with a smile you should be fired.
Lovely building. AC was serviceable but not exceptional. Pm staff was awesome. Morning was meh. Valet guys were awesome. Overall, a very good hotel that we'd stay at again.
The location was excellent.
The room was big with a great shower.
Friendly, Courteous staff, very good location.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Poor lighting.
Downtown location to Performing Arts Center
It seemed nice from the description
It is across the street from a homeless shelter. When we arrived we were greeted by a group of 20 vagrants hanging out in the street and one walked right by our car. No one from the hotel came out to greet us or ask if we needed valet parking (we had stopped in the valet parking). We were too scared to get out of the car. Do not understand why booking.com has this hotel listed.
Charming hotel
Located across from a very active homeless shelter where the clients just congregate on the sidewalks
The property was fine.
