Very clean and quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful

Cons:

Hot water in the shower was not great, some times were better than others but not by much. Never actually got HOT. Other than that everything was great

Running around to serve my self
Pros:

There was no breakfast provided, only a bistro to pay further and charge additional fees for food. Totally unacceptable, I will never stay again because me and other guests were not informed until we came down to eat. We would have selected another hotel.

Cons:

Providing breakfast would cost you about a dollar a person, if any. You had two people on staff working the bistro getting paid for nothing. You should have spent the money on guest. We paid $150 to $200 a night. Sad, very sad

I liked the location and design of the room, bathroom and room was very spacious too.

アップグレードされ、広く快適な部屋を準備していただきました。電子レンジもあり、簡単な食事を取るには最適でした。フィットネスジムも清潔で広く快適でした。

Cons:

朝食がオプションで結構割高だった。部屋のテレビが２台有ったが１台電源が入らなかった。
