Running around to serve my self
Pros:

There was no breakfast provided, only a bistro to pay further and charge additional fees for food. Totally unacceptable, I will never stay again because me and other guests were not informed until we came down to eat. We would have selected another hotel.

Cons:

Providing breakfast would cost you about a dollar a person, if any. You had two people on staff working the bistro getting paid for nothing. You should have spent the money on guest. We paid $150 to $200 a night. Sad, very sad

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was professional and friendly. Definitely one of my favorite hotels to stay at.

I am dissatisfied with the requirement to pay for parking while being a guest at the hotel. This policy appears to be financially exploitative.
