Pros:

Le personnel trés compétent, sympa et à l'écoute. Bon petit déjeuner. Resto extérieur à proximité.

Cons:

Chambre un peu vieillotte, insonorisation pas top.Parking non sécurisé, pas clos.

Impensable!
Pros:

Fidèle cliente depuis plus de 10 ans, j’ai été surprise de la défaillance extrême de l’accueil.
A 18h ( venue pour des obseques en l’ayant précisé à la réservation) ma clef ( ou supposé telle) m’a été remise.
Je suis allée au repas de famille et suis revenue pour 22h.
Ma clef, non initialisée n’a pas pu fonctionner.
J’ai attendu une première demi heure debout ( j’ai 81 ans) en espérant rencontrer quelqu’un : l’accueil est fermé et il y a des boîtes à clefs type air B&B.
Une famille a essayé de m’aider en vain
Nous avons appelé ensemble une plate forme.
On m’a dit qu’on envoyait quelqu’un.
Une nouvelle demi heure, toujours debout dans le hall sans lumière et sans chaise…
2 eme appel à la plate forme à Lyon
Enfin 20 mn plus tard le concierge pour valider ma clef.
Parallèlement, des clients récupèrent leur clef de chambre et d’autres personnes occupent leur chambre déjà!
J’ai attendu que le probleme de ces personnes soit résolu aussi.
Je tombe de fatigue et demain j’ai la grande cérémonie des obseques.
Plus jamais ça s’il vous plait.
Le lendemain matin, pas une excuse, pas un geste malgre mes messages écrits sur Booking com.
Minimum un geste: un café ! RIEN
Impensable!!!

No pude ingresar a mi cuarto, check in pésimo.

No podía ingresar a mi cuarto. Pedí soporte a través de booking y sigo esperando desde varios días.

Cons:

vivo al estranjero, tengo roaming y no puedo llamar celulares extranjeros sin internet o wifi.
Recibí un mensaje del hotel diciendome que podía llamar el cel del hotel, pedí a gente hospedados en el hotel ayuda, me prestaron su cel varias personas, llamamos número de emergencias, número del hotel normal, dejando varios mensajes, dejando mensajes también en booking y nunca nadie respondió. Al final, un grupo llegó y una persona me abrió un candado y me sacó una tarjeta y pude ingresar a un cuarto. ESpero no haber robado el cuarto de nadie esta noche, y realmente muy agradecida con toda la ayuda externa al hotel recibida esta noche. Pero la comunicación del hotel, y su check in para gente que llegan tarde y sin roaming un desastre.
Sigo esperando soporte cliente para mi reembolso.

La gentillesse du personnel de l'accueil. J'ai apprécié la climatisation. C'est ce qui m'a fait prendre cet hotel d'ailleurs.
