Pros:

Rustige ligging tegenover het park. 3min. wandelafstand van centrum. Ruime basic kamer met balkon. Parkeren aan hotel zelf. Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Geen airco...... wel ventilator

Pros:

Eigentlich ist die Unterkunft schön es wird halt nur nicht gepflegt. Es ist nicht richtig sauber und es müssten mal kleine Reparaturen gemacht werden wie den Boden, wo das Laminat sich auseinander zieht oder wo Leisten fehlen etc.

Cons:

Schade, dass so ein Reparaturstau an so einem schönen Hotel ist

Cons:

Waren zum Konzert im Kurhaus und wollten kurzfristig übernachten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock. Ohne Klimaanlage. Der Ventilator hat leider gar nichts gebracht. Wir konnten nicht übernachten, weil wir es vor Hitze nicht ausgehalten haben.
Andere Zimmer waren nicht frei.

Ruhiges Hotel in schöner Lage, hilfsbereites Personal & sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Ich buchte in diesem Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Hessischen Staatstheater (ca 5min), wo ich am Abend ein Konzert besuchete. Direkt am Kurpark. Das Zimmer war für ein Einzelzimmer recht groß, sauber und vor allem ruhig.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel im Vorfeld funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wenige Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel, bekam ich auf Anfrage noch einen direkten Parkplatz.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und generell ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Cons:

Generell nichts zu beanstanden.
Nur das Zimmer wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas neueren Glanz brauchen. Aber das ist für eine Übernachtung nicht ausschlaggebend.

Super Lage
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Kurpark ist sehr gut. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Nachts wenig Betrieb, sodass wir auch mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen konnten. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren bretthart!! Wären die Matratzen besser, dann wäre das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis optimal und ich könnte das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Dass das Hotel nicht mehr das Jüngste und das Mobiliar dementsprechend in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist meiner Meinung nach bei dem Preis nicht schlimm. Hauptsache, es ist sauber.

One of the rooms looked out onto a very small enclosed internal court yard. In the hight of summer, the room was consequently very hot. With no air conditioning it was then hard to sleep
