Poor service
Pros:

Place was dirty, floors was never mopped, 1 day no housekeeping, no toilet paper had to go too the desk, bed was not comfortable at all, phone showed message the entire stay and no message. Ask for a first floor room got to the hotel and told not available was shown a room in what they called a tower on 2 floor did have an elevator but was a queen room we booked a king room. Booking.com was great!

Location, remodeled room with high ceiling felt so open and comfortable. No rug floor was awesome, cleaner feeling!

Pros:

Me gustó porque a parte de la excelente ubicación, tiene su recepción donde siempre tienes jugos Muffins café todo el que quieras libre !!

Cons:

No me gustó mucho el olor de los cuartos en el tercer piso olía a encerrado a polvo , porq pasé dos días en la parte del piso 2 y fueron excelentes, si pudiera darle un tips que haría toda la diferencia que las sábanas sean todas de color blanco !!

Great place to stay in the heart of Gatlinburg, TN.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and well maintained. We were on a first-floor end unit near the pool and thought it would be loud, but surprisingly, it was very quiet. The motel was very convenient to all the places we wanted to see, and parking for my large pickup truck was very easy and convenient.

Cons:

There ws nothin to dislike in our opinion.

Nice trip and loved the pool right outside my door
Pros:

Location is great and to be so close to the parkway it is pretty quiet. The room was large and clean

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower is my only complaint

Rooms are not the cleanest. Out dated. The Clark was nice. Best part, hot shower and cold a/c

The location was perfect.

Cons:

Looks like a drug and prostitution unit on the outside rooms. You could tell where the suite area was, it looked more presentable.

Decent hotel
Pros:

Good hotel, free breakfast just basics coffee, apple juice during breakfast only.

Cons:

Parking was free but it was confusing where to park as most spaces were taken by the hotel. And they were marked "no parking allowed but cars were parked there already. Was able to find parking nearby.
