Das Hotel ist total herunter gekommen, Putz bröckelt von den Balkonen, der Pool war nicht benutzbar (das Wasser war grün!), vieles ist kaputt und wird nicht repariert.
Unser Hotelzimmer ließ sich nicht abschließen, nach drei Tagen bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer. Einen Refund seitens des Hotels gab es nicht. Über booking haben wir eine kleine Entschädigung erhalten. Das war’s.

We booked through Booking, and it was undoubtedly one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Upon arrival, we found the elevator out of order. The receptionist assured us it had just broken down, but after checking Google reviews, we saw a comment from two weeks prior mentioning the exact same issue. We were traveling with a baby and a stroller, so having an elevator was essential. Later, we wanted to use the pool, but when we looked out from the balcony, we saw the water was completely green. When we asked, we were told it was out of service—something that hadn't been mentioned in the listing. Furthermore, we had requested a crib for our baby, and the request had been confirmed. However, the receptionist claimed he had no record of any such request. To make matters worse, he brought us the same crib three times; it was broken and unfit for use. When we contacted Booking for a solution, the only option offered was free cancellation, provided we left the hotel within 30 to 40 minutes. Instead of receiving help, we had to find other accommodation on our own and leave under the time pressure they imposed. The room also left much to be desired: the furniture was stained, and the hotel generally needs renovation and better maintenance. The only positive aspect was the second receptionist who assisted us. He was polite and handled the task the previous staff member couldn't manage, although we still had to return to the hotel twice more to finalize the cancellation process. It was a deeply disappointing experience that directly impacted our vacation. It is unacceptable to advertise services and facilities that are unavailable or to offer such poor conditions. I do not recommend this place at all.

The Hotel has seen better years, the stuff is getting old and there was a weird noice in the night. But for a stay on budget is good.

Große Enttäuschung – die Fotos haben mit

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die durch die Fotos vermittelt wurden. Die Bilder scheinen entweder sehr alt zu sein oder vermitteln einen völlig falschen Eindruck vom tatsächlichen Zustand der Anlage.

Der Pool war grün und aufgrund der Wasserqualität nicht benutzbar. Uns wurde erklärt, die Pumpe sei erst seit zwei bis drei Tagen defekt. Angesichts des Zustands des Wassers erscheint diese Erklärung jedoch wenig plausibel. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war der Pool nicht nutzbar.

Besonders enttäuschend war, dass wir nicht die Einzigen waren. Immer wieder standen Gäste – vor allem Familien mit Kindern – mit enttäuschten Gesichtern vor dem unbrauchbaren Pool. Aus unserer Sicht hätte das Hotel die Gäste zumindest proaktiv informieren und angesichts dieses erheblichen Mangels eine angemessene Preisreduzierung oder Entschädigung anbieten müssen.

Die gesamte Hotelanlage wirkt stark heruntergekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig – sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich. Auch die Gartenanlage war ungepflegt und machte einen verwahrlosten Eindruck. Von der Atmosphäre, die auf den Fotos versprochen wird, war kaum etwas zu spüren.

Hinzu kam, dass kaum Personal anwesend war.

Auch das Frühstück konnte nicht überzeugend. Die Auswahl war sehr überschaubar, wenig abwechslungsreich und entsprach aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard, den wir bei dieser Unterkunft erwartet hätten.

Insgesamt waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht. Wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.

The property has been neglected over the past few years. The maintenance of the building interior and exterior has been neglected. Planks around the pool were broken and a safety hazard, the pool was dirty and algae covered sections of the pool walls. Bathroom was mouldy on the ceiling and on the wall tiles and floor, The hotel is supposed to be a 4 star rating but it would be lucky to pass as a 2 star.

This hotel needs a bit of love from the owners I think. Some things were slightly broken, like one of the bathroom lights didn't work, the floor panels were scuffed and the walls were peeling. The grass by the pool was dying and it just needs a regular watering. I think this place could be wonderful if there was just a bit of extra care put into it.
