Price. Clean , and parking was free

Cons:

Very tired hotel , needs a complete refurbishment. Taps loose in bathroom. Air con didn’t work properly.

L’état de la chambre était déplorable, nous avions une suite qui demandait beaucoup de rafraîchissements en matière d’équipement, joints de douche sale, sol qui part en miettes, canapé rond avec des taches douteuses, petit déjeuner très, très pauvre, des tranches de jambon et du fromage, n’espérez rien de plus

I should have listened to the reviews.
Cons:

Although the staff was very nice and she tried her best to be helpful, she was working alone and couldnt even provide basic things like some ice or a working blow dryer.

As most of the review says, the hotel's structure is great and the location is so gpod. But the management and maintenance is shit and it's so hard not to notice.

Choose somewhere else.
Pros:

Great personnel especially the guys at reception and the gentleman who was the breakfast server

Cons:

The shower door had green scum and thick black mold on it (the pictures are after it was "cleaned").
The shower wall was coated in black mold (Picture taken after it was "cleaned").
The sink was hanging off the wall.
The air-conditioning unit had not been cleaned (Due to the shower I checked before switching it on).
The window in the shower room had black mold along the top of them.
The seat in the room and the lamp shade were stained, dirty, and full of dust.
The deck around the pool was broken and not set properly.
At least 4 of the sun loungers were broken (I counted 4 until I found one that wasn't).
Breakfast was limited to only cold food sliced sandwich ham and cheese, 2-3 times of fruit, croissant plan au Chocolat, and Pastéis de Nata - they told me the catered for a gluten free diet but all they had that was gluten free was sliced cheese, fruit, and bread but for 3 days they didn't have that as they had run out and apparently it was to much trouble to go to a supermarket and get some.
