My overall impression is that the building is multifunctional and is used as a dormitory by various renter. It is in a convenient location for walking around the city of Blois and its attractions, for a short stay. The reception staff are responsive and are available only from 8-12 АМ and from 3-8 PM. They showed understanding due to the high air temperature (43 degrees) and accommodated us 1 hour earlier than 3 PM - standard check-in time. The room has the described kitchenette and utensils, but in reality It's not as wide and comfortable, it looks a lot more worn out.

Cons:

The main drawback of the apartment was that there was no Аir Condition. This was missing in the description, but it turned out to be very important, because we had extreme weather! The building and the room cannot be cooled at air temperatures above 40 degrees. Additionally, some tenants were cooking spicy food and in order to cool down and ventilate from the smell, they opened the doors to the corridor. All the guests on the floor understood what dinner was.

Bon accueil du personnel, bonne literie, logement propre.

Cons:

Pas assez de serviettes de bain, seulement 1 oreiller supplémentaire pour 2 pers. Espace logement trop petit pour une chambre/appart.

Les apparts ne sont pas à la hauteur du personnel qui est lui au niveau
Pros:

Nous avions réserver le parking 12 € par jour et les places sont beaucoup trop petite. Il faut avoir une petite voiture style fiat 500. Si vous avez une BMW ou une voiture de la même capacité il lui faudra 2 places !

Cons:

Pas de clim .... juste un ventilateur ! Il fait très chaud dans les chambres. Le parking trop petit. L'appartement trop petit.

No tiene nada en general que te encante pero cumple su funcion, tenia una zona muy cerquita que se podia aparcar sin pagar y estaba en el centro/casco historico.

Cons:

Vinimos en la ola de calor y la habitacion estaba expuesta al sol de la tarde, aún teniendo cortinas oscuras hacia un calor insoportable (tenian un mini ventilador, que ayudó) y la nevera emitia muchisimo calor, además no enfriaba mucho.

L emplacement idéal pur visiter le château, la cathedrale.

Cons:

Absence de climatisation . Un seul petit ventilateur portatif, bien insuffisant en plein été. La présence d un rideau occultant n est pas suffisant en plein été ou période canicule.
