Location is fine and with good French restaurant next to hotel.
The chosen of employees need to be double careful, especially on the personality and honesty.
Me and my friend had very bad moments, which was caused by one employee, who was fired like two days later, due to similar bad behaviors to other guests.
From the case hotel can say it is the employee’s mistake; but for ur guests, it is your hotel responsibility and mistakes is all your hotel’s.

Instalaciones, servicio, desayuno fueron satisfactorios, no extraordinarios.
Parqueo lejos del hotel.
Es gab kein Licht. Bis dann endlich jemand kam, saß ich im Dunkeln.
TV funktionierte nicht. Stecker in der Wand kaputt.
Konnten mir keine Auskunft geben darüber, wie ich am besten weiter nach Manuel Antonio komme.

Que se cobra el agua para tomar estoy de acuerdo q el mino bar se cobre pero por lo menos el agüita de regalía y q el parqueo se cobra
La ubicación excelente cerca de restaurantes, bares y centros comerciales. Además es ideal para ir a los conciertos y actividades recreativas en el estadio nacional de Costa Rica
El desayuno le falta mas variedad de frutas y mas acompañamiento con el gallo pinto...mejor sabor
Muy amable el personal y la ubicación
No se si es la gestión del hotel o booking pero me debitaron el monto de la tarjeta y pagamos de nuevo y tuvimos que pagar al llegar nuevamente, estoy esperando la reversa del cargo.. en un viaje lo deja a uno sin efectivo disponible !
