Pros:

Staff was very helpful and good place to land entering or leaving the country. San Jose is not a place you want to stay on your vacation. But this great hotel was a perfect place to spend a night or two before or after your vacation.

Cons:

Clean , close to airport, very helpful friendly staff with a good restaurant and the best hamberger I ever had in CR

Las personas que atienden tienen una buena actitud. Tranquila, eso hace que transmita paz en el hospedaje

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no se puede regular o tal vez está tapado el filtro porque no enfriaba bien , y como el sol pega toda la tarde en la habitación está permanece caliente durante la noche, tuve que tirarme a dormir al piso que estaba más fresco. Eso afecta drásticamente mi experiencia en el hotel. Espero puedan mejorar ese aspecto.

Bien ubicado y seguro. El desayuno incluido muy variado y bueno.

Cons:

Nos hicieron un cargo en la tarjeta para reservar por medio de la plataforma al llegar allá nos hicieron otra y la original aún aparece pendiente no se eliminó. Además nos pidieron la tarjeta física que no teníamos pues es digital. El trato en recepción no fue el más agradable. El cóctel de bienvenida no es nada bueno.
