Clean and comfortable
The shower took about ten minutes to heat up
The staff that we encounter were really nice, helpful and professional. The main bed was very comfortable.
The additional sofer bed I was told to be very uncomfortable with the steel bracing annoying your back.
The parking charges were a total surprise to us all and when we booked out we drove out through the boom gate at approximately 8{30 am on Sunday morning 24th May. I received a notice for payment of $27:45; being for the Saturday night fee of $20 PLUS an OVERSTAY FEE of $7:45 = $27:45.
The Booking Confirmation states - Start Time 26-5-22 18-30 Scheduled Exit 26-5-23 18-00 Actual Exit 2026-5-23 18-29.
By my calculations 18-00 is actually 6{00 pm in the evening. Is this correct.
Hotel was in a great location for our purpose which was the caravan show at the racecourse.
Nothing
The room was really great; there was plenty of space and the bed size was very large and comfortable. temperature in the room was very easy to maintain never felt cold or over heated. Breakfast included made it very easy to start your day.
the breakfast bar could have more choices to be more appealing. When checking out, being asked to pay extra for breakfast when it was included in the stay and to pay for drinks at the bar when we had a room credit and then being asked to pay a $3.00 amount to finalise our bill after the hotel was evacuated in the middle of the night once we found our way downstairs there was no staff members outside greeting people and explain the procedure for an evacuation or when to return back to our rooms.
the room was very nice and clean; the bed was big and roomy and comfortable. breakfast was good but not a lot of choices. Cleanness of the hotel was great very clean. parking was good and the staff were friendly.
the charge for parking. and the breakfast bar should have more choices.
The place was clean and comfortable. Location for the Hot Rod and Custom expo was excellent
The bed was very comfortable and big.
Nothing
The bed was wonderfully comfortable.
I loved that I could check in, get my key and check out again via a kiosk - both checking in and checking out took less than a minute each time. There were friendly smiling staff behind the counter if you did need help, or if you wanted to check in with them directly.
We finished a conference dinner at the racecourse at 10pm, and it would have been excellent to come straight back to the hotel for a night cap, but the hotel bar was already closed.
The rooms and beds are pretty clean , the staff is excellent
Great sized room (panorama view)
Had a bath, although small.
Cheap parking (although not sure it should even really be paid for out there)
Really comfy bed.
Some mini bar supplies.
Lovely staff
That the paid parking didn’t mention you would end up with bat sh^t all over your paint job.
Rooms/facilities are quite outdated.
Gym equipment is a couple of basic pieces that are not only old but kept malfunctioning during workout so very frustrating.
Didn’t seem like glass had been cleaned in years because it was so dirty that it almost cancelled out the whole reason for being in the panoramic room.
Traffic noise is also pretty bad.
Very comfortable
The tv and the staff
Close to Parramatta city Centre
Panorama room very basic for price paid for a weekday. Very noisy from traffic outside . Windows need sound proffing
Bed was comfy.
Parking was easy.
Cot supplied.
Concierge staff were lovely and allowed us to use the buffet microwave.
Air conditioner randomly didn't work, overheating us and the baby at night.
Housekeeping staff ignored "do not refresh my room" card, waking the baby up twice.
Misrepresenting the fridge, it said on the listing "bar fridge" and separately "refrigerator". Only a bar fridge was supplied and the cooling was sub-par, which is stressful for our refrigerated medication requirements.
Location great to Rosehill Racecourse.
I didnt like the impersonal checkin with the machines. Hotel and Rooms are dated. There was a large stain on the floor. This room was meant to be a bonus and a higher grade than wgat was booked. I felt the Hotel standards have slipped and it lacked ambience.
