Isara Boutique Hotel and Cafe

Definitely not what we expected. Very cute but very small and old. We paid to upgrade to the Villa, which was much better, and was the only way to use the pool.
Mainly our short stay would have been better if the staff were friendly.
Overall it was fine, the charm of the building, florist, cafe was the main pull.

I love this hotel. This was actually my first hotel that I stayed while visiting Thailand for my birthday trip. I came in late, but they were very accommodating with making sure that I had all the information I needed to check in the room was very nice and clean. They also had me birthday flowers on my bed when I got to my room that was so special and just a great start to my birthday trip the next day they gave me a birthday cake with a birthday drink it was so special staff was so kind. They let me keep my luggage at the hotel until I was going to check into my new hotel. Everything was great. I appreciate the love that the staff showed me it really meant a lot to me🙏🥹❤️

Not so much like the photos, but was a good place for a night. Inside a boutique flower shop with a very small room and bathroom. Somewhat clean. Great, welcoming staff

Det var et veldig fint opphold her. Betjeningen var behjelpelig med tips til aktiviteter og transport videre. Rent og pent og fungerende AC. Anbefales!

Staff not helpful when a problem arose, too understaffed

Isara Boutique Hotel and Cafe has a unique and charming entrance through a florist which immediately sets a stylish, almost whimsical tone. However, once inside, the experience is a bit of a mixed bag.

The room itself was internal with no windows which made it feel quite stuffy upon returning from outside. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were too soft. The bathroom layout was awkward and poorly designed forcing you to sit sideways on the toilet. The shower area also needed more attention to cleanliness as I found a lot of leftover hair. Additionally, the towels were quite dingy which detracted from the overall feel of the space.

On the plus side, the hotel offers a complimentary area with hot drinks and unlimited snacks which is a nice touch. However, there is no safe in the room and I found it frustrating that you could not flush tissue down the toilet. In the evenings the hotel seems to manage itself which might be a downside for those who prefer a staffed reception.

Overall, this hotel is good for a short stay if you do not mind some quirks. It has charm but the design flaws and lack of attention to detail in certain areas hold it back from being truly great.

Very very nice people. The room was extremely humid and the AC did not work super well.

Nice place to be in Phuket town. In a quiet street at the Heart of Phuket town,
Room was nice with extra beds, good size and cleans.

Breakfast / coffee you could order in the cafe underneath. The pool was under renovation at the time of our stay,.

It is a no frill room but come in budget and do the job.

There was no elevator to the second floor and had to carry our luggages up. The shower wouldn’t drain, and we had to call the front desk. She fixed it but it still reeked of sewer. The shower was also rusty and not in good condition.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff is really nice however, the property lacks maintenance, the air conditioning takes a long time to cool the room, and it's in general bad shape.

Great location, half block from Sunday Night Market, but still quiet. Staff very friendly and informative. Place was clean and comforrable.

Warm, caring and friendly staff, amazing location, and just generally really enjoyed my stay here! If I’m ever in Phuket, I’ll definitely be staying here again!! Thank you Isara hotel!

We stayed at Isara for just one night as we flew into Phuket, although the pictures aren’t what the rooms are like in real life, it was still a decent night stay with good communication regarding check in etc from managers, friendly staff, aircon and clean rooms- well equipped too. The only downside is the shower smelt bad like sulphur when turned on. Other than that it was a pretty place to stay Expecially for the price! Thank you for having us 🌺🌸
