Lieu très bien situé dans le vieux centre.

Cons:

Chambre avec options non fonctionnelles et équipements sales. Les draps n'étaient pas propres et couverts de sans, la baignoire non lavée de la précédente utilisation.

Locatie fantastisch, AC in de suite, lekkere bedden, heerlijk ontbijt, mooi bubbelbad, zeer grote kamer

Cons:

Wat details: Geen lekkere badzeep voor bad, geen bodylotion, lekkere shampoo. Kamer wat outdated maar heeft ook wel zijn charme.

Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Hier passt der Preis absolut nicht zum Hotelstandart.
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch.

Cons:

Es war nicht klimatisiert, deshalb viel zu warm zum schlafen.
Der Wasserhahn an der Badewanne war nicht dicht, deshalb gab es eine gelbe Kalkspur in der Badewanne entlang.
Von der Toilette aus konnte man nicht an den Toilettenhalter greifen. Da fehlten mit mind. 50cm.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war zentral und gut gelegen.
Zudem konnte man mit dem Personal des Hotels gut über alle masiven Mängel und extremen Unsauberkeiten sprechen. Das Personal war aufgrund unserer Reklamationen nach ihren Möglichkeiten lösungsorientiert und bemüt die Zufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.

Cons:

Das Hotel zeigt keinerlei sauberen Standart -
Haare auf dem Bett und im ganzen Bad verteilt, Haarbüschel in der Toilette, Kalkablagerungen und defekte Sanitäranlagen - als Allergiker hätte man hier definitiv ebenfalls kein gutes Los gezogen. Aufgrund der alten Bauart seien keine Klimaanlagen möglich, weshalb die Zimmer wenigstens mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet wurden. Diese sind jedoch von Staub übersäht und tragen der Verschmutzung bei und sind teilweise notbeholfen mit Rohrschellen und Kabelbinder repariert.
Fraglich, weshalb es in den vereinzelten Suiten doch möglich ist, Klimaanlagen einzubauen?

Die Reklamation unsererseits bezüglich der fragwürdigen Hygiene wurde an der Rezeption zudem zeitgleich eines anderen Gastes bestätigt, welcher ebenfalls ein Zimmer im dritten Stock hatte.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar ausgiebig, aber ebenfalls in fraglichem hygienischen Zustand (Fleisch, Früchte und allgemine Lebensmittel waren nicht gekühlt)
Das Geschirr und Besteck zeigte Fettspuren und Speiserückständen von vorherigen Gebrauch auf und jegliche Sitzmöglichkeiten sind mit krümeln übersehen.
Unklar, wie oft eine Reinigung stattfindet?

Die angepriesene Barrierefreiheit wird weder im Frühstücksraum noch im Standart Doppelzimmer; Sanitärbereich oder generell im Hotel nicht gewährleistet.
Auch der online-Anpreis einer Minibar im Zimmer wird durch ein Schreiben umgangen, welches sich auf "Umweltschutz" beruft.

Die Rezeption ist bis 22.30 Uhr besetzt und das Hotel wird anschliessend "abgeschlossen" - der Zugang im Anschluss ist nur noch mit dem Zimmerschlüssel möglich.

Aus unserer Sicht, hat dieses Hotel keine 4 Sterne verdient und die Preise für die Zimmer sind nicht gerechtfertigt - auch die Lage des Hotels, welche wirklich gut war, holt dies nicht auf.

Viihtyisä hotelli vanhassa kaupungissa
Pros:

Näköala linnaan oli hyvä. Huone oli tilava. Elokuvateatteri hotellin yhteydessä. Aamupala ja palvelu oli hyvää.

Cons:

Ilmastoinnin puute kuumalla oli ikävää. Osa tuoleista oli huonoja istua.

Excellent location, great staff communication.

Cons:

Although the hotel has an authentic vibe it lacks quality check on basic stuff, like mold in the shower, torn sheets and towels. Some sheets and curtains had large stains.
