At the entrance to the Kaigasse (the beginning of the pedestrian zone), there is a barrier. Please press the corresponding button for the hotel on the column on the left side. You will receive a code via the intercom, which you have to enter into the barrier to be allowed to enter.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Hotel con ottima posizione centrale nei pressi di Mozartplatz, tranquillo e pulito. Disponibili TV e cassaforte. Bagno comodo. Staff gentile.

Cons:

Stanza caldissima sia di giorno che di notte nonostante ventilatore.

Great location. Not a 4 star experience.
Pros:

Excellent location on the edge of the old town. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions and shopping streets.

Cons:

No air conditioning, and despite having a fan in the room , it was still too hot.
No option on alternative to the feather pillows.
The bedroom floor was quite grubby.
The breakfast room was a bit shabby and looks in need of an upgrade.
We had a lot of heavy luggage and baby travel cot and there was nobody in reception who offered to help us on arrival or departure. There are steps down into the hotel from the street , so not ideal if you have a lot of luggage / baby/ mobility issues.
This hotel has 4 stars , however I would only describe it as 3 star.

Für ein Wochenende oder einen Kurzurlaub ein gemütliches Hotel direkt in der Altstadt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist auch toll, wobei er schon sehr schmal und klein ist. Das Hotel beherbergt eines der ältesten Kinos.

Cons:

Schade ist, dass es keine eigene Hotel war oder kein eigenes Hotelrestaurant gibt aber unter Umgebung gibt es genug, wo man gemütlich essen und am Abend ein Glas Wein trinken kann.

Pros:

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Möglichkeit auf hoteleigenen Parkplätzen parkieren zu können, war für uns sehr wichtig. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer verfügt über keine Minibar. Es war somit nicht möglich, etwas zu kühlen. Die Fenster sind renovationsbedürftig
