Bel hôtel, mais nuit trop chaude
Pros:

L’emplacement et la chambre.

Cons:

Hôtel pas équipé face à une canicule: la chambre a pris 5h pour passer de 32 à 25 degrés.

Good location, poor facilities
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The room did not have any basic facilities for this price. No hotel-size fridge (I really expected it during these hot days, at least to be able to keep water cold), no water cooker for tea or coffee in the morning. Paying 250 euros per night is a lot, and for this price you expect a bit more compared to other hotels.
The room was very basic, very small. Not very clean as well (dust on the furniture, some muldy places). One of the fans did not work well.
But I don't put blame on the staff, I guess these are structural problems (money saving, profit making etc.).

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ganz gut, im Sommer sehr heiß im Zimmer

Keine Klima, sehr heiß im Zimmer.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Old Salzburg
Pros:

The location is excellent and room was awesome. Getting to watch a film in the theater was our favorite part.

Cons:

We happened to be traveling during the heatwave, and although a portable AC was in the room, along with 2 water cooled fans and a regular fan, being on the top floor the room was basically impossible to cool until about 2:30 am. This is by no means a fault of the hotel itself, but if you need to be able to cool off it would not be a good fit.

Era bruta i vella l habitacio i hi faltava aigua no hi havia nevera….l esmorzar gustet i en un menjador gens agradable. No donaven ganes de menjar

Terrible Terrible Hotel ! Nothing Better Than A 2 Star ! Bad Leadership Attitude of Manager & Director ! Only Thing

The only only thing which was good about the property was - Location !!

Terrible Terrible Hotel !! Surely Not A 4 Star as it claims. It is at best a 2 Star. Firstly - the Hotel is Dishonest !! There was a severe heat wave going on and i wanted to stay in an Air Conditioned Room. I specifically called the Hotel to check if the Room was Airconditioned and the Front Desk Confirmed That it was. i thus went ahead and stayed at the hotel. To my shock - The Room was NOT AIR CONDITIONED !! I had a Voice recording of the conversation and i made the front desk hear it. It was Friday and i was booked for 3 Nights. The Front Desk told me that No Senior Person is coming in for next few days and nor will they take calls or call back. They asked me to mail the Manager and the Hotel Director - which i did !! It is 4 days since then - and no one has bothered to write back or call back. Even on check out - i insisted on talking to the Manger but the Front Desk refused. IF the Manager and the Director and just not bothered about the hotel and the guests - NO WONDER THIS HOTEL IS IN SUCH BAD CONDITION AND THE FRONT DESK GETS BUSINESS BY STATING INCORRECT ASSURANCES AND PROMISES TO CUSTOMERS. Bad Leadership - Bad Staff !! Apart from that - Room was in very bad condition. It has surely not been cleaned properly since weeks. Chair was full of dirt, Bed Sheets had hair of previous customers, Bathroom Door Handle had one screw missing and one loose, Wash Basin was clogged, No Fridge in the Room, No Kettle in the Room.. the list is endless. As i said - a 2 Star Hotel with Bad Leadership and Bad Staff !! To be fair - the Lady at Checkin and Guy at Checkout - tried their best to contact the Manager but to no avail. They did try to pacify - but my holiday was ruined !! It was a Severe Heatwave at 37 Degrees Celsius and i surely would not have booked at this hotel if i had known that the Rooms were Not Air Conditioned !!

Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and nice. Room was clean however due to heatwave and no AC the night was miserable.

Cons:

No AC. Had a huge, noisy fan in the room which didn't help at all.
Breakfast could've been complimentary or at least the coffee. Breakfast staff had to confirm with front desk to make sure coffee is charged to the room, however ignored and walked away.
Left without coffee.

Das Bett war nicht neu gemacht, Polster einfach umgedreht,und es wurde auch nicht gesaugt Staub war am Boden und diverse Utensilien, hab so was noch nie erlebt ,Rezeptionist war freundlich,gab uns ein anderes Zimmer
