Location was great and it was very clean!

Showed up by myself, the check in was really easy and smooth. The room was well prepared for my stay in the city.

It was a cute little apartment for the most part.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this property.

The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and there is no reception on site. I was asked to complete a large amount of information that had already been provided when I made the reservation. In addition, there was no secure place to store luggage. We were told to leave our suitcases behind an unlocked door, which did not feel safe at all.

The apartment was not properly cleaned when we arrived. I found sheets, towels, a pair of jeans, and a t-shirt still inside the washing machine. The floors were sticky, there was hair throughout the apartment, and the kitchen is in poor condition and needs several repairs.

There were three of us staying in the apartment, but only one bed was provided with sheets and blankets. As a result, one of the beds could not be used properly for the first two nights, despite our repeated requests for additional bedding.

The mattresses are extremely thin and worn out. They sag significantly, making them very uncomfortable and giving the impression that you are sleeping directly on the wooden frame.

The apartment is also minimally equipped. The number of plates, glasses, and pieces of cutlery is barely sufficient, which makes it inconvenient for three guests.

Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

DO NOT STAY here. I made a reservation for 4. The suite I chose claimed it could accommodate 4 people. I clearly understood that there was one bedroom and a pull out couch. When we got here, che k in was at 4. I asked for early access and we were able to get in 1 hour earlier although I wasn't notified until it was almost 3pm. We didn't arrive until it was almost 4 pm anyway. I paid the extra $20 for parking. So after parking we came up to the room and checked the bedding as I aways do. The bedroom was fine. The bathroom had towels for 2 and there was NO sheets on the pull out and no pillows available. It was bare. When I pulled the cushions off there appeared to be pet hair all over the back of the couch. So, I called Kasa and made a request for towels and linens and gave permission for them to enter because we were going to a concert. So we left to get food and go to the concert. We arrived back at Kasa close to midnight. NO Towels, No linens NOTHING. I was on the phone with Kasa and VRBO for hours. Two people slept sitting up on the two seater couch in their street clothes because no one wants to sleep on a bare mattress. One representative told me they had an order in for the next day. I had a reservation for 1 night so why would they put in an order for the next day after we leave? I was also told that the only way I would get a full refund was to vacate the premises at 2 am in the morning. I have stayed at a VRBO property in the past and it was great. This, was a horrible experience for me and my family. They also advertised a supply closet. I looked in there and it was bare. NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN!

Booking/checkin/checkout was seamless. Apt was clean and comfortable. Easy access to all things Detroit

Check in and staff were great. In unit laundry was a plus, and turned out to be needed.

Location...was close for all the activities we were there for. Parked the car and walked everywhere for the weekend. Clean, Everything listed in description was as noted. Plenty of room for the four of us. Great Kitchen with all imentities needed if you wanted to take your own food to cook.
