Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites Hotel

I come to this hotel a lot and always get remembered! Makes such a difference when people care about the job and have such a personal approach!!

Good size, clean rooms, nice staff, location is ok

I was here unexpectedly because of a missed flight. I had dinner at the restaurant in the lobby and Becky was my server. She was pleasant and attentive which made the experience very nice.

I stay here about 5 or 6 times a year when in the area to visit family or catch a flight from O’Hare. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are in good condition. John and Elizabeth in the bar are great and create an inviting atmosphere to unwind after a long day. Location is great for extended parking while on a trip/flying out of O’Hare or catching the L into the city. Overall a great option for staying close to O’Hare.

I had breakfast at the hotel this morning and had a great experience. Manny Avila who was taking care of me at the buffet was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the service. He made the breakfast feel much more enjoyable with his positive attitude and kindness. Thank you for the excellent service!

While proximity to O'Hare is great, the process is cumbersome. Having to validate your parking ticket upon returning from a trip in order to leave is a pain as often there are many people waiting to check in before you can validate. We have used this hotel many times to stay at prior to a flight out of O'Hare in the morning, our last stay will be the last at this property.

Kyla at the front desk is a terrible representative of Marriott in my opinion. Upon check in she was very rude and short. Did not recognize my status and assumed I just wanted points for my gift. When asked about shuttle service she told me it was first come first served and to be early if I wanted a ride.

Upon returning from our trip I was again greeted by the same nasty person Kyla. I watched her check in 3 people before me with disdain and an unwelcoming attitude. All I wanted was my ticket validated so I could leave the ramp, but it seemed I was asking her for a million dollars. No thank you for staying just a huff and a puff.

I have cancelled my upcoming stay for another park and fly excursion based solely on this lady. I have status, but I would rather stay at another off brand hotel then deal with this lady again. Marriott needs to do better screening their people. Kyla should never have been a part of their team. Shame

Both Rosa and Becky served us. They were warm, and attentive. The Asada burger was delicious! The hotel overall is good and has a good location.

Everything fro room to pool

This hotel is clean, very luxurious, and full of extremely welcoming staff. The man who helped us check in was a delight and super friendly. We visited Asado and the Waitress Becky was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and super engaging.

Becky is wonderful, lovely. Becky provided excellent service during our stay at the hotel. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Becky!
