Unbelievable location
Pros:

Location amazing and rooms were lovely, a lovely old town building.

Great location but no lift
Pros:

Arrived at 2am in the morning.
Reception staff were welcoming and friendly and our bags were carried to our room.
Unfortunately we didn't realise there were 2 separate buildings separated by some commercial offices. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor in the one with no lift and many stairs.
The stairs proved to be a challenge due to an old injury. We did ask for a room change but there were no other available rooms.
The door to the stairs is always locked and accessed by your room key.

The room was very clean, basic but adequate. It had 2 comfortable single beds, small table with 2 chairs a dressing table and wardrobe with a safe. The shower room was nicer with modern fittings and large shower.
There is a kettle with tea/ coffee provided (no milk) and a water dispenser is located on each level.
We were in room 81 which was really Quiet. We never heard any noise from adjacent rooms or the street/ square.

Location is excellent. It's on a busy street just a minute from the square and 10 minutes walk to the castle and river. Lots of food choices on the square but cheaper alternatives just minutes away.

I would stay again only if I could book the main building.

Komme gerne wieder oder empfehle es weiter, aber nur ein ruhiges Zimmer in den Innenhof..

Long weekend
Pros:

Just stayed here for four nights. Room very clean, bed comfy but the pillows need renewing. Also our room was at the front of the hotel and is very noisy at night although earplugs are provided. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

When we checked in, according to the staff present, the rooms had not yet been paid. It was presented like it was our fault and we would have to pay a second time until the problem was solved, which we refused to do. They had to call the manager who was in charge. She did the necessary verifications (it took her 4 minutes) before we were allowed into our rooms.
Most unpleasant welcome and, to top it up, there was no real apology afterwards.

Great hotel, friendly staff & fantastic location. You can’t go wrong booking the Rezydent!

Excellent location, very clean & staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious…ours was at the back so very quiet too! We have stayed here before and had a room at the front, which was a little noisy if you have the window open but I like the hustle & bustle sounds and enjoyed looking out of the window at everything going on!

Cons:

Everything was great and nothing to dislike but if I had to pick one thing, the bed was a little hard, but not too uncomfortable.

Not disability friendly
Pros:

My fellow traveller booked this hotel because she has a disability and the hotel states it has a lift. We book in to find out only part of the hotel is accessible by lift and we are not in that part. My poor friend has had to make it up 2 flights of stairs, across a long balcony to get to our room. We asked to change to an accessible room but were told none is available.

Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, super Lage, gut mit den Öffentlichen zu erreichen, Zimmer zur Fußgängerzone sehr laut Tag und Nacht, aber bei Ankunft lagen auf dem Nachtschrank Ohrstöpsel

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl endete im EG. Der Frühstücksraum lag aber im Gewölbekeller ohne Lift. Ca. 30 Stufen, nichts für Gehbehinderte. Bei Ankunft lag im Zimmer auf dem Boden eine Haarklemme. Die lag auch nach vier Tagen noch dort
