Good value for money. Was great for a night or two
Pros:

Good location, great Chinese restaurant next door. Good value for money

Cons:

Didn’t really like having to cross the road, but not a huge deal. Noise between rooms, especially plumbing noises weren’t good

Santa Cruz hotel was disappointing.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was good.

Cons:

The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Further walk to the pier than expected. The room smelled very strongly of bleach. We ran the air conditioner on high to help mitigate the smell.

Pros:

They were pet friendly, but not much area to walk dogs. Noon checkout. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Our keys did not work the next day. The coffee maker did not work.

overall, a very great experience though and i WILL be staying again sometime!
Pros:

in a VERY convenient area! a restaurant called Special Noodle is RIGHT near you, theres a Chevron and a 7/11 near as well! its about a 13 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk so that was nice to do!

Cons:

the walls ARE very thin so you can hear inside and outside a bit every now and then.

Great little stay
Pros:

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and I loved the option to get two rooms attached to each other with a bathroom in the center. Splitting up the beds like that really helped make the stay comfortable since we traveled with other family members.

Cons:

The parking under the building is very tight, and it's the only parking offered on the one side! Don't come with a big truck like we did.

It was ok, nothing too fancy if you need to stay over night.
Pros:

The distance to the boardwalk and surrounding areas.

Cons:

It was inconvenient to check in and get a room a cross the street. The pillos were hard. There was no pressure on the water. Lastly the pool and hot tub weren’t in the same location. We didn’t even get to enjoy the hot tub.

Walls were paper, thin! Clean and good location. You get what you pay for.

Friendly staff and it was clean

Cons:

The walls were paper thin. We could hear full conversations through the wall from the people in the room next door to ours. One of the lamps in our room didn’t work. The clocks were set to different times. The fan in the bathroom wad very loud. You get what you pay for!

Nothing would get me to stay there again, Run down, outside and inside.

The bed was very comfortable

Outside rundown, hot tub run down dingy, curtain had a large hole, bed sheets were stained, found an old pair of underwear stained with white residue

Disappointing
Pros:

This hotel was not as advertised. It was old, ill kept and dirty. It was extremely overpriced for what was offered.
I was grateful the bed was comfortable. That’s it.

Very expensive because of graduation.

The location was good and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t very clean when we got our room. The bathroom lock didn’t work and the bathroom fan also wasn’t working.
