お安とまれたこと。ホテルの周りの環境が良かった。
地震がありました。夜中にアナウンス流れました。もし、新幹線が翌日止まったら帰れないから延泊できるか相談したら、仮押さえはできないと。今予約するかしないか。あとからだといっぱいかもと。遠方から行って、怖い思いし不安だったのに、何だか冷たいなと思いました。安心出来る言葉が欲しかった。その日は寝れませんでした。

Only I didn’t like was smell. I particularly requested non-smoking room, but my comforter smells cigarette really badly.
Anyone can smell it as soon as entering the room, if hotel staff recognize it they should have changed it. It disturbed my sleep. Also the room I booked came with free breakfast, they didn’t mention it at all when I checked in. I wish they didn’t mention so I would not forget.

アパホテル巣鴨が本当に女の人特に秋場さんが良かったので巣鴨だけかと思ったら西麻布の女性スタッフもとても優しかったです
