My favorite hotel and I’ve been to a couple in NY
Pros:

Clean, don’t have to wait long for elevators, other places only got two this has four. Nice staff, the location is good too, not too far from time square. I like to walk to soho and high line is close by too.

Pros:

Excellent hotel location. There is a 24/7 parking garage nearby. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, large windows, and a minimalist room design. The room has everything you need: an iron, ironing board, umbrella, bathrobes, and slippers. I’m very happy with my choice and would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing major I didn’t like. The only small downside was that there wasn’t complimentary bottled water in the room. Other than that, everything was great.

The view I paid for thought it’d be higher floor considering price and description being Empire State view but……………didn’t specify well enough still nice though.

The staff were friendly. The rooms are very clean and the location is excellent.
Pros:

That area of Manhattan is much improved in recent years. There were reasonably good places to eat close by. And proximity to Penn Station makes it very easy to get around.

Cons:

The room was excellent, but it could’ve been a bit bigger.
