Lovely hotel in very good location. There is a tram stop few minutes walk away. Buy a top up travel card in a tabac and fares work our very cheap.

We stayed for four nights whilst the hotel is in a good location close to the tram, the rooms are dated, no coffee only two teabag, the pool was dirty with skin floating around, and there were not enough sunbeds. We booked room only however asked if we could book breakfast for our final morning. When we arrived for breakfast we were told we had to pay there as we had no credit on our room. This was after checking at reception if we could add it to our room. The hotel reception staff weren't helpful at all and blamed this on misunderstanding and offered no apology. Safe to say we didnt have breakfast at a cost of €36 ! You are just a number in a large hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville.
We arrived on an early morning flight, and the hotel kindly allowed us to check in before the standard check-in time, which we greatly appreciated. Our room was located on the 13th floor and offered stunning views of the city. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. In fact, everything in the hotel was impressive, from the elegant lobby to the overall design and atmosphere.
There is a lovely park next to the hotel, and a supermarket conveniently located across the street. The hotel's location is excellent, with all of Seville's main attractions easily accessible by public transport or within about a 20-minute walk.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality options to choose from each morning.
During our stay, I also celebrated my birthday, and the hotel made it even more special by surprising me with a lovely cake and a birthday card. It was a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day unforgettable.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. If we return to Seville in the future, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
