O pó do chão esteve sempre lá, os lençóis não foram trocados durante as 4 noites de estadia. Só colocaram o papel de troca de lençóis disponível na última noite!
O mobiliário de quarto está muito usado e os têxteis tem muito pó.
A janela do quarto não veda bem o som

Lovely hotel with great facilities, the pool area and rooms were great for our stay.
The parking was convenient, check in and out was very smooth and the reception staff were friendly and informative. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool and terrace bar on the 3rd floor was excellent and much needed. We had 2 meals and both were tasty and not too pricey. Breakfast had a wide ranging menu. Finally it is only a 5 minute walk from the tram into the city centre but if you fancy walking into the city you can do this in about half hour.

Bar needed 2 staff not 1. England were playing at World cup. Many guests watching in-house and needed service. A bit slow with one person
