Pros:

The room and the stay and the front staff was amazing

Cons:

A lady that was working with breakfast our last morning there kept giving me dirty looks and racist vibes, im in a biracial couple with biracial children and she made us feel real uncomfortable with her dirty looks she kept giving us and poor customer service, as she did not do this to the other residents at breakfast.

Pros:

The location was good and the size of the room was good for what we needed. Although small the pool wasn't crowded and the gym was nice.

Cons:

It wasn't worth the price I paid. There was no wow factor to it really. Also the pull out bed on the couch was gross

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent as is usual for Fairfield.

Cons:

Room temp was set at 60 degrees when we arrived (brr). There was a crack/gash in the bathroom floor tile (a toddler could have easily cut his/her foot on it … good way to get a lawsuit). The tissue box in the bathroom was empty. The lightbulb in one bedside lamp wasn’t working. The parking lot was in serious disrepair.

Pros:

Localização, tamanho do quarto, especialmente para família grande (tem sofá cama).

Cons:

Toalhas que parecem que vieram da guerra! Não sei como um hotel nesse nível apresenta esse tipo de toalha para o hóspede.
O sofá cama só dá para criança, muito desconfortável.

Pros:

We checked in really late, 130am. The front desk was staffed by Connyaa, she was most delightful and friendly and efficient. She offered us water to take to the room. We checked out very early and she was still at the front desk. She remembered our names and spoke to us as we were leaving.
She introduced us to the kitchen staff, Ms Michelle. She too was friendly and professional. She had breakfast all out and it was delicious.
These two ladies made the stay feel warm.
