Pros:

We checked in really late, 130am. The front desk was staffed by Connyaa, she was most delightful and friendly and efficient. She offered us water to take to the room. We checked out very early and she was still at the front desk. She remembered our names and spoke to us as we were leaving.
She introduced us to the kitchen staff, Ms Michelle. She too was friendly and professional. She had breakfast all out and it was delicious.
These two ladies made the stay feel warm.

Pros:

All the person working upfront were great.

Cons:

Only thing i wish was microwave in the room. It wasnt there but they allowed us to use in dining area when we checked in late evening

Cons:

They didn't let my daughter stay in the hotel even though I was paying for it and I was in the phone with her all the time still they didn't let my daughter check in the hotel. I haven't received my refund.

Cons:

Very dirty and dated. Stains all over the room, walls, and hallways. Hair from previous guests in the bathroom. Food from previous guest left in mini fridge. Pool area and hot tub were covered in dirt and debris. Lack of cleanliness made the start unpleasant.

Comfortable option
Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly. Our room was clean and comfy.

Cons:

We wish breakfast started at 6 instead of 7. We were in town for volleyball tournament that started daily at 7am. We couldn't have breakfast and none there. We didn't eat daily until lunch time. Nothing quick to even grab. We went next door for their restaurant and bar area as well. Wish we had our own to use. Our mini fridge didn't have a freezer area. We had medicine t hat had to stay cold but couldn't freeze our ice packs for the drive home. We used iced from the ice machine but would have been nice to have the freezer option. This is was our first time not having one in a hotel.

Hotel not honoring cancelation policy and is unresponsive to support requests
Pros:

I had a reservation at this hotel that was cancelled inside the free cancellation window. 11 days later, the money has not been refunded and my two support requests have gone completely unanswered. The Marriott representative I've spoken with at their central reservations has confirmed the money should be refunded, but the hotel has yet to respond to the request.

It was alright for one night but somewhat inconvenient to give me keys to a room that was not ready and then a room lack
