Pros:

First room assigned smelled like Cigarette smoke. The front desk clerk was very kind and accommodating.

Cons:

The room was old. Furniture was outdated. I felt like I walked back into the 70's or 80's. I was very disappointed at the condition of the rooms

The cleanliness was great.

The noise from the highway was a little bit louder than anticipated. The whirlpool int the room was awesome till I found out the controls didn't work.

It was so pleasant, this will be my go to when in town.
Pros:

The location was great, staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was beyond what was expected.

Cons:

The corners of the rooms (ceilings) need cobwebs cleaned and showers and tubs can be cleaned better. Ther was hair on the shower wall from possible previous occupancy.

I would not book this site again
Pros:

The location was not hard to get to by highway routes. That meant a lot of vehicle noise.

Cons:

The Air Conditioner in room 203 was musty and smelled of mildew. Outdated room accessories.

Pros:

Location was ok. Not alot of food or shopping options but close to our family to visit.
Complimentary coffee and tea was nice.
Work out room small but equipment was in good shape. Safe location. Bed comfy.
Size of room was nice.Shower was hot good pressure

Cons:

At breakfast they served scrambled eggs but they were wet soggy slushy.
I ate the hard boiled eggs 1st day. 2nd day ate breakfast out at a restaurant on our way home.
Room was clean but bathroom had broken floor tile and wall paper was peeling off.
Our room was near the ice machine on 3rd floor so it was noisy....loud noise from the next room
A couple times loud bangs on the wall.
Pillows to soft bed was ok.
We used booking.com and did not realize we were going to be charged $40 more at check in.
Plus they charge incidental fees at check out.

For what we paid expected better.
Likely will not stay again

Perfect stay! Excellent service! Clean rooms!
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Michelle did an excellent job helping me with my kids and getting us what we needed. Angel at the front desk was super sweet and gave my kids a choice of a toy from their basket and let my son spin the bonus wheel. He has lvl 2 autism and she really made his day by including him. Our room was fantastic the kids loved the jacuzzi tub. Our room was clean and tidy. We very much enjoyed our stay! Will stay again.

Pros:

The room and the stay and the front staff was amazing

Cons:

A lady that was working with breakfast our last morning there kept giving me dirty looks and racist vibes, im in a biracial couple with biracial children and she made us feel real uncomfortable with her dirty looks she kept giving us and poor customer service, as she did not do this to the other residents at breakfast.

Pros:

The location was good and the size of the room was good for what we needed. Although small the pool wasn't crowded and the gym was nice.

Cons:

It wasn't worth the price I paid. There was no wow factor to it really. Also the pull out bed on the couch was gross
