Struttura datata e obsoleta, l'albergo non ha l'ascensore e farsi tre piani di scale soprattutto con le valigie non è stato per niente piacevole!
Il parcheggio è comodo e davanti alla struttura ma è un parcheggio pubblico quindi non è un valore aggiunto, poiché non è particolarmente sicuro.
La stanza abbastanza essenziale, e non particolarmente confortevole.
Colazione scarsa e assolutamente da migliorare. Davvero troppo caro per ciò che offre. Non è nemmeno in una buona posizione rispetto al centro.

La pulizia e la colazione non eccezionale ma adeguata (a parte la macchinetta del caffè che fa il cappuccino con la cioccolata...). E il parcheggio gratuito nel cortile..

Cons:

Dalle foto di Booking sembrava una bella struttura... Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la posizione che pareva comoda per visitare il centro, ma abbiamo comunque dovuto prendere la macchina. Manca l'ascensore, la struttura è un condominio discretamente vecchio ristrutturato in pò come B&B. Non aiuta nel giudizio che nel corridoio si sentiva un forte odore sgradevole di cibo,e infine i cuscini sono troppo morbidi. In sostanza non ci tornerei.

Pros:

Chambre très confortable. Idéal pour une nuit de passage avec ma fille pour passage de concours.
Très bon rapport qualité prix et proche de l'université comme attendu. Personnel très sympathique.
Je recommande.

Cons:

Seul petit hic, le frigo qui est un peu bruyant la nuit pour les oreilles non habituées. Manque 1 ou 2 prises de courant pour charger facilement les téléphones sur table de chevet notamment.

Acceptable et pratique en cas d'urgence, sinon passer votre chemin
Pros:

Très bon accueil, appartement spacieux, parking non gardé devant l'immeuble, proximité des commerces à 4 mn à pied.

Cons:

Bien que non-fumeur, l'appartement sentait la cigarette électronique. Four micro-onde non fonctionnel, l'appareil n'a pas du être vérifié depuis pas mal de temps.
Salle du petit déjeuner beaucoup trop petite à 7h45, totalement inadaptée, tarif du petit déjeuner trop élevé.

Pros:

Accueil sympathique, possibilité de se garer facilement grâce au grand parking gratuit, l'établissement est calme et dans un quartier bénéficiant de commerces de proximité. Nous n'avons pas testé l'équipement kitchenette.

Cons:

En pleine canicule, il faisait plus de 30°C dans la chambre, dommage que les volets n'aient pas été fermés au préalable ce qui aurait pu atténuer la température. Mobilier vieillot, abîmé et mal agencé. Literie inconfortable. Commandes de robinets en plastique fragile peu maniables.. Douche minuscule avec des traces douteuses dans le fond.
Une des portes d'accès à l'établissement ne fermait pas ce qui rend la sécurité par code d'accès caduque.
