Pros:

A bungallók nagyon jók voltak hangulatosak, csodálatos volt a kilátás , kedves személyzet a koktélbárnál , billiard és sok más lehetőség , mendencék. Korlátlan ital .
A programok kapcsán a személyzet invitálta a vendégeket , ezzel sokkal személyesebbé vált az egész program. Minden este tematikus est.( karakee, papagaj show , zene quiz , tanc est..)
Közel volt a buszmegálló.
A takarító személyzetet is külön kiemelném , kedvesek segítőkészek voltak , sokszor érdeklődtek hogy érezzük magunkat!

Cons:

A bejelentkezés és a recepción való ügyintézés lassan ment , a wifiért, vízforralóért es pohárért külön fizetni kellett, a wifi szinte használhatatlan volt, borzasztó lassú és egyszerre csak egy ember vehette igénybe..
A tenisz pálya és a golf pálya leharcolt volt., Az ételek nem igazán voltak változatosak , kevés autentikus étel volt. Az ételek kicsit ízetlenek voltak.
Az ágy nem kétszemélyes volt hanem két egyszemélyes volt összetolva ami mindig szétcsúszott.

Die Lage und All Inclusive war gut, der rest aber nicht.
Pros:

die unterkunft hat ein sehr gutes preis leistungs verhältnis. das all inclusive essen war gut und die bar auch. der pool und die lage ist auch gut

Cons:

es war extrem kalt im zimmer und meine toilette ist kaputt gegangen, ich konnte nicht mehr runterspülen und bei meinem kollege ging der strom nicht mehr, es war auch bisschen dreckig. in meinem zimmer war eine käfer

Cons:

C'est dommage ça pourrait être un endroit magnifique avec l'emplacement mais les équipements et les logements ne sont pas top. C'est délabré pas entretenu dans le logement il fait froid (en Mai), le cumulus d'eau est très petit donc ça fait une douche et encore l'eau est froide et la nourriture c'est du bas de gamme. Le prix va avec la prestation on va dire

Obiekt ma potencjał ale musza trochę zmienić, przede wszystkim chory system z kubeczkami do napojów.
Pros:

Duży teren nad samym morzem. Cicha okolica, miły personel. Jedzenia dość sporo i wszystko świeże (dużo rzeczy robią sami na miejscu), każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. 3 baseny (niestety żaden nie podgrzewany, także w maju praktycznie bezużyteczne) z barami i dużą ilością leżaków, także nie było wojen i rezerwacji leżaków. Sporo miejsc parkingowych. Jakieś 20 minut do lotniska i centrum Palmy, także dobra baza wypadowa. Piwo, wino w barach do oporu nawet spoko, co do drinków to się nie wypowiem bo nie piliśmy ale raczej widziałem że barmani nie oszczędzali

Najgorsze w całym pobycie był domek - niby czysty ale w środku bardzo śmierdziało stęchlizną i chlorem. Niestety nie dało się tego smrodu przewietrzyć a w nocy nie dało się spać z otwartymi oknami bo było za zimno (pościel bardzo cienka i brak ogrzewania w domkach). Druga najgorsza rzecz to jakiś chory system z kubkami do picia. Dostaje się po 1 kubku plastikowym na początku i żeby napić się czegoś to trzeba nosić ten kubeczek i sobie nalewać. Czy to kawę, czy to kole czy też wino - wszystko z jednego kubka z brakiem możliwości jego przemycia - po prostu tragedia! Barmani w barze przepłukują jedynie przed polaniem kolejnego trunku wodą. Kolejna rzecz to jedzenie - niby świeże i spory wybór ale wszystkie potrawy podawane z grilla były bez przepraw, nawet bez soli i pieprzu. Brak możliwości napicia się kawy/herbaty do obiadu czy też kolacji. Przekąski miedzy posiłkami praktycznie nie istniały, rzucali 2 pizze na pół godziny i nie było szans załapać się nawet na kawałek bo dzieci w minutę po podaniu zjadły całą. Brak plaży (strome zejście ostrymi schodami z klifu i na dole tylko sterta kamieni).

The staff were so lovely, the excursion rep was so friendly.

This place has got some weirdly bad reviews but come on, £154 all inclusive for four nights and £78 in flights - Who’s scoffing at that for a cheap mini break.

So I’ll give you some tips, if you smoke there is a cigarette machine, you have to palm the reader on the top of the machine to activate it before you can purchase cigarette by card.

You will be given a plastic cup, take that everywhere with you, it’s €1.

You can get a local bus (x1 change) to the hotel and from the airport, you just have to be confident and change buses in Palma bus station. Do your research, they take card and euros If you want a taxi? It’ll cost about €40, the bus? Like a fiver.

The bus stop is 5 mins from the hotel - I’ll leave bus info in the photo’s, two buses leave from the hotel bus stop (Arenal and Cala Pi) Cala Pi is a short bus journey away, beautiful cove beach (not suitable for wheeled chairs) I go about that is in the photos also.

The hotel isn’t a ‘hotel’ it’s a village of chalets. On a mountain side, so yes there will be steepness but it’s not bad. X3 swimming pools all with bars that allow for x2 alcohol drinks each and free soft drinks and snacks throughout the day.

The excursion to the caves of Drach was fab! I’d not recommend it for kids under 14yrs tho.

Cons:

The air con was intermittent, it really needs a good clean out and maintenance to look at them, the chalet next to me we’re having issues too.
The pools were FREEEEEZING, the sea was warmer
