• 100% of the total amount will be due and nonrefundable for cancelations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The Spa is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and privatized for 1 session of 45 mins for each stay. To take advantage of our Spa remember to book in advance. For a 2nd session at the Spa (Flotarium / Sauna) during the stay, you will be billed at 130 Euros for 2 people. Please note that the spa access is only for one free slot and then other slot are with extra cost.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Pros:

Location was great and the lobby, spa, and breakfast room are gorgeous! The staff was lovely and helpful. We came here from an awful airbnb experience and were grateful to check in last minute at almost midnight to a spotlessly clean space. Our hour in the hammam that is included in price was so appreciated and delightful!

Cons:

The bedroom and bathroom is TINY, even by infamous Paris hotel standards - so small as to be non-functional. There was nowhere to put anything like luggage, plug in phones, put any belongings. I would not recommend staying here as more than one person, my friend and I really struggled. Even for one person the layout and lack of space for belongings in bathroom and bedroom is a challenge. Also, through booking.com they guaranteed a room with two twin beds which is why we made this booking, only to arrive find out that wasnt possible and they only had a double bed. IT was last minute and I dont think the hotel's fault, but just wanted to note.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Lage und Umgebung. Zimmer klein, man muss sich gut organisieren, sonst alles toll. Sehr nette Bar mit leckeren Drinks und Kleinigkeiten zum Essen. Empfehlenswert.

Maravilhosa, escolheria esse hotel novamente.
Pros:

Gostei muito do conforto das camas e do chuveiro. As camas eram confortáveis e a roupa de cama muito boa. O banheiro apesar de pequeno, foi funcional e proporcionou um banho confortável. A televisao era moderna e com funcionalidades de smart tv. Havia chaleira e chás disponíveis para consumo. Copos e utensílios para preparar chá ou café.

O café da manhã espetacular, itens com muita qualidade. O café era preparado na hr, e nos trataram muito bem. Realmente valeu a pena incluir o café da manhã.

A recepção sempre atenta e muito cordial.

Não houve nada que não tenha gostado.

Salle de bain correcte, bonne situation, accueil aimable et sans soucis.
Chambre propre, étage élevé et calme. Merci d'avoir pris en considération notre demande.

Cons:

Chambre très petite, espace de rangement peu pratique. Je ne recommande pas des grandes valises dans notre chambre sélectionnée. 13 m2 cela reste petit pour un prix somme toute élevée. Prix du petit déjeuner élevé que nous n'avons malheureusement pas pris.
