We stayed at FCC Angkor for six nights and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely pool, modern amenities, and a stylish yet relaxed bar that was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

What really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Sokha, Neat. and Heng, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect. Honestly, this was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere.

The location is also excellent – close to all the important attractions, restaurants, and amenities, while being right by the scenic river, making it a wonderful place to stay in Siem Reap.

I would absolutely recommend FCC Angkor to anyone visiting the area and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay here all the staff were exceptional - super lovely and extremely professional. The hotel and grounds are absolutely gorgeous too. Great breakfast, thoughtful room design and mini bar options. All the small details are being considered definitely a 10/10 stay and would love to return.

The location was amazing, the rooms were very well accommodating and comfortable. The staffs are very helpful and ongoing, including very amazing service with food. I really enjoyed my time there.

During our 28-day journey through Southeast Asia, our stay at FCC Angkor was one of the highlights of the entire trip. The hotel is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located for exploring Siem Reap and Angkor.

From the front desk team and concierge staff to the restaurant servers, housekeeping team, spa staff, and groundskeepers, every person we encountered was warm, gracious, attentive, and highly professional. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.

It’s rare to find a property where excellence is so consistently demonstrated across every department. FCC Angkor has built something special, and its people are the reason we’ll remember this stay so fondly.

Spent an evening in the bar area outside, loved it! Relaxing atmosphere. Great food and drinks (non-alcohol for me). Staff were great. Location is great too. If I come back to Siem Reap, I'll make sure to go there.

Amazing location, room, and restaurant! Everything was so clean and beautiful. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! The staff went above and beyond making our stay all the more special. Could not recommend this hotel enough!

We had a great time. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The facility was fabulous centrally located and walking distance to pub street, eating places etc
The hotel is aesthetically beautiful and the breakfast was made to order every morning and it was included.
We had dinner here one evening even tried Amok, traditional Cambodian dish. It was delicious and enjoyed the Apsara dance show along with dinner.
The facility and restaurant received Michelin Star rating in 2025

Every detail was handled with genuine care, and the small farewell gift was a lovely touch that left us with unforgettable memories. Truly outstanding service.
