This was a lovely hotel in Siem Reap, great facilities and exceptional staff. The location was great, an easy walk or tuk tuk ride into the town. The rooms were a good size and extremely clean.

We called in for a drink as the hotel looked beautiful in the evening as we passed by, and the bar looked so inviting. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially May from FoH who showed us around in case we ever want to stay on a future visit (everything about the hotel looked amazing!) and Vandet at the bar who made us some fabulous cocktails. Looking forward to coming back one day soon!

A beautiful hotel and restaurant, staff were so lovely and accommodating with special mention of Ms Leakena and Mr Savinh. The room was perfect, with a lovely view of the pool from our patio. The location was excellent next to the royal palace and walking distance to supermarket, cafes and river.

This hotel is pretty close to perfect. The staff, the grounds, the décor, the food and beverage are all outstanding. An amazing breakfast menu, served by courteous and attentive staff is a great start to any day. A swim in the beautiful pool followed by coctkails at the Scribe bar is a great way to wind down as well. I would definitely come back here any time I'm in the area.

Stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teen boys so opted for 2 adjoining rooms (Colonial Premier). Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Our only disappointment was the view from each of the balconies of these adjoining family rooms where we’d hoped to relax after days exploring is to large air conditioning vents and bare rooftop/plumbing.
Hotel grounds reflect French colonial heritage and are beautifully maintained, with 2 pools (one in each wing of the hotel, each wing being separated by a road).
Amazing service from a wonderful crew of staff; pricing for some services (airport transfers) at over 3 x rate of tour operators seemed a little over-zealous.
Breakfast is served à la carte and was a lovely start to each day.
Scribe bar is a stunning outdoor bar to watch the world go by, straight across from the river.

had a fantastic experience at FCC Angkor by Avani. The property is absolutely gorgeous and steeped in history. It is located right by the Siem Reap river. It is perfectly quiet but still just a 5-minute walk to the main restaurants and the Royal Garden.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. I loved spending my afternoons by the stunning salt-water pool and unwinding at the stylish bar after a long day of exploring Angkor Wat. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable

This hotel has just become one of my favourites ever! I love everything about it. It’s so beautiful and so well maintained. Sleek contemporary decor with traditional touches. It has all the most modern comforts while maintaining a timeless charm. The atmosphere is magic. Last but not least the staff are simply superb. Everyone we encountered was just so nice and friendly yet super professional and helpful. They all really elevate this beautiful hotel to a stunning one. Absolutely top class. Thank you for having made our stay so memorable!

Excellent location close enough to the main restaurant and shopping area to walk but far.enough it is relatively quiet. Rooms are very cute and have a retro feel.

Staff - so friendly, excellent local knowledge and above and beyond attentive to every detail of your stay.
Ask for anything and they are there in minutes - no exaggeration.
Apartment was absolutely gorgeously furnished.
Beds - like a cloud.

We stayed at FCC Angkor for six nights and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely pool, modern amenities, and a stylish yet relaxed bar that was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

What really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Sokha, Neat. and Heng, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect. Honestly, this was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere.

The location is also excellent – close to all the important attractions, restaurants, and amenities, while being right by the scenic river, making it a wonderful place to stay in Siem Reap.

I would absolutely recommend FCC Angkor to anyone visiting the area and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay here all the staff were exceptional - super lovely and extremely professional. The hotel and grounds are absolutely gorgeous too. Great breakfast, thoughtful room design and mini bar options. All the small details are being considered definitely a 10/10 stay and would love to return.

The location was amazing, the rooms were very well accommodating and comfortable. The staffs are very helpful and ongoing, including very amazing service with food. I really enjoyed my time there.
