A good place to stay if you're in Hamburg for harbor its attractions
Pros:

Friendly staff; clean; excellent location close to several main attractions of Hamburg harbor; tons of restaurants right around the corner(s); comfortable bed, very good breakfast; easily reachable by public transport.

Cons:

Room on the small side, with suboptimal layout (e.g. how the TV was positioned); parking would have been quite an issue if I;d come by car.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, sehr gute Lage, gute Zimmergröße

Cons:

Zu kleiner Aufzug für die Zimmeranzahl (hatte eine akute Gehbeeinträchtigung), ab 7 Uhr laute Geräusche aus dem Frühstücksraum (Stühle rücken) zu hören, da das Zimmer im 1.Stock lag, 2 Stufen in die Dusche

Es war ein erfüllter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Man kurze Wege zu den Landungsbrücken und im Portogiesenviertel kann man toll essen.

Cons:

Wasserhahn sehr kalkig und Heizung im Bad schmutzig

Nettes Personal, aber leider durchgelegenes Bett und Zimmer mit strengen Gerüchen. Lüften schwierig.
Cons:

Das erste Zimmer was mir zugewiesen wurde hatte einen sehr üblen, bissigen Geruch. Ich denke das kam aus dem alten Teppich und/oder dem Bett. Auf Nachfrage wurde ich upgegradet, was sehr nett war. In dem Zimmer war ein ähnlicher Geruch aber wesentlich weniger. Das Bett war durchgelegen, nicht gut für Leute die schon Rückenprobleme haben. Insgesamt sind die beiden Zimmer, die ich sehen durfte schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Lüften nachts gestaltet sich schwierig, weil vor dem Zimmer diverse Restaurants und Bars ansässig sind und dementsprechend der Geräuschpegel steigt wenn das Fenster auf ist. Eine Lüftung gibt es sonst nicht. Für den Preis von über 200 Euro pro Nacht hatte ich definitiv mehr erwartet.
