eravamo già stati qui ma sotto un'altra gestione. niente da dire sul personale tutto. la location è fantatica - pulizia perfetta

la stanza era però troppo rumorosa: bagni non isolati e si sentivano voci, urli e canti di persone anche non limitrofe - area condizionata esterna sul balcone nella stanza accanto che impedivano di aprire le imposte.
cene un pò troppo ricche ma non abbastanza raffinate - si mangiava meglio nel passato! comunque buffet abbastanza buoni e colazione perfetta

Mi è piaciuto un po di tutto dalla pulizia delle camere al buon cibo, all’accoglienza del personale

En general solo bien, imaginé un hotel con un nivel un poco mejor, me equivoqué.

la ducha muy pequeña y la piscina muy linda pero los baños de la zona de pileta eran baños químicos, uno solo habilitado con mucho olor y sucio, realmente una vergüenza para un hotel del nivel.

Pros:

Only the location in front of the sea
The rooms are big with interesting furniture
Big garden

Cons:

The pool is open only from 9 AM. You are not allowed not even to stay and read a book and the staff is very aggressive.
The cabin shower is very very small
Cleaning is once at 4 days (on a 4 star hotel??!?)
The vents are noisy and disturbing
You can not open the windows due to the mosquitoes

Mérite quelques travaux
Pros:

Le cadre de vie était très jolie piscine,lieux ,plage privée....
Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin pour que nous soyons bien.

Cons:

Je trouve que les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles...
Les matelas étaient peu confortable, la clim ne fonctionnait pas correctement.
La salle de bain était vieillotte...et le mobilier aussi...
C'est dommage vraiment mais par contre je souhaite préciser que malgré ceci le personnel a toujours était disponible et à notre écoute pour tenter de nous satisfaire.
