The hotel didn’t fully meet my expectations—probably because they were quite high for a 5-star hotel.
Starting with the positives: the spa area was amazing, although it’s only included for one day of your stay. If you want to use it again on your departure day, you have to pay extra. There’s also a gym, which is excellent. The breakfast was decent, and the standout for me was the staff—everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.
However, I was quite disappointed with the room. Even though I booked the cheapest option, I didn’t expect it to be that small. It was so compact that you couldn’t properly open a small suitcase on the floor. I was staying with a friend, and she couldn’t open her medium-sized suitcase at all. Mine had to go in the wardrobe, where I could only open it halfway.
There were also issues with the heating—the bathroom heating was on all the time, and we couldn’t turn it off, making the room uncomfortably hot throughout the night. I didn’t resolve this with reception as I was leaving the next morning.
I was told I could look at more expensive rooms next time, but that felt contradictory for a five-star hotel. I expected even the basic rooms to be comfortable and functional.
Overall, the hotel does have many great qualities, but I think you need to book a higher category room to truly enjoy the stay. The basic rooms might be fine for solo travelers, but they’re not suitable if you’re staying with someone and have luggage.

Viskas buvo puiku. Personalas nuostabus, kambarys erdvus, lovos patogios, SPA zonoje taip pat viskas švaru, didelės pirtys, didelis baseinas :) Pusryčiai nuostabūs: Posecco, jogurtai, sūreliai, vaisiai, saldumynai bei visa kita, ko širdis geidžia.
Vienintelis trūkimas, kad nėra geriamojo vandens baseino ir pirčių erdvėjė.
