Pros:

Café da manhã padrão americano razoável, ficamos em um ´quarto térreo com acesso fácil ao estacionamento, a decoração da sala de convivência de do café da manhã é bonita, o quarto (para deficiente) era grande e espaçoso.

Cons:

A decoração do balcão de atendimento é praticamente inexistente, com papéis espalhados e vista para o escritório bastante desorganizado, o que passa uma impressão de desleixo logo na entrada, os quartos não são arrumados todos os dias.

The fixtures are old and outdated with NO USB PORTS. Like the first time I stayed there were stains on the pull out sofa bed, this time it was actually wet and look as if someone threw up on it! However the front desk costumer service was amazing and very helpful for local recommendations. The Representative Jay was awesome!
