Fair. Chose it for location to soccer game event. Any other day, I would not go to this place again.
Pros:

The room I reserved was sold out because I bought thru Booking.com. They gave me what was available, which was not planned. At least the staff agreed to give me free parking permit after I demanded.

Cons:

I just checked my credit account. I got charged for parking $25 after the staff told me to give me free parking. Disgraceful.
