Check in guy was rude and sarcastic.. constantly kept asking me the same question over & over again.. & when I told him you already asked me that he said I know & asked me the same question again.. he was rude
Stained sheets it was what it was
The only thing I like about the property was the location
There were no towels. There were two towels for two guest no hand towels no washcloth. The bed had limited sheets. They were very thin. The mattress was very dirty.
Staff was very helpful.There were 3 of us and was given towels and wash cloths for 2 people. Called and ask for another set the 1st day. Front desk said housekeeping would leave some,but didn't. Had to call again and front desk person brought up some. 2nd time asked for 3 towels and washcloth still didn't bring them and pick up dirty ones.
Breakfast was a hard granola bar and a small cup of coffee.Add on website was very misleading. Breakfast included. What kind of breakfast was that. Door wouldn't lock by itself when we went out. Was not aware of that so when we left for the day our room was not secure.
What I enjoy about my stay was it wasn’t loud it was quiet it was very peaceful I enjoyed the location. It was a good location.
I was staying in room 310 I book it from Friday to Sunday the room had a strong smell when I Adress the issue to the front desk they said they was going to send maintenance to the room which never happened when I ask to change room the front desk said I had to wait till maintenance come to inspect the room I didn’t have a chance to stay really enjoyed my self I hope they take care of that rotten mold smell I had book another room which was 319 that room was ok the only problem was the blanket was not clean not even the pillow I had end up using my own blanket
I like how the rooms was remodeled upgrade what I like about the property it was an environment that was drama free it was peaceful
Room 319 was ok but the covers and pillows needed to be changed it shouldn’t be no reason to have stains on something a customer laid I don’t believe they was change

Very comfortable, great size room, clean and neat, nice staff, they ask how I'm doing ☺️ and I feel very safe - I finally can relax - Heaven sent me here 🙏💘🙏 Excellent 👌👌 even their laundry phacility is excellent 👍👍👍 I deserve this 😢 happy tears after being traumatized before

The over night staff was friendly.
The bathroom had to be cleaned before we could use it. There was just sheets on the bed no blankets. There was drink or something all over the wall.

This was probably the nastiest place I have ever stayed! There were drugs being done in and out of the rooms, everything smelled of marijuana, the outside was filthy, the rooms were filthy, the TV did not work, there was no copy to be had on premises, and there was no breakfast included. I will never stay at one of these hotels again.
