Ubicacion. Amabilidad del personal de desayuno.

Cons:

mantenimiento del baño : perdidas de agua del bidet, gran demora en llegar agua caliente, grifería de baja calidad, etc.. Sin tomacorrientes cerca de las camas, cortinas y black out atascadas, y no oscurecen. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación, ya que el baño no tenia ventilación alguna.

Recomiendo ampliamente.
Pros:

La relación calidad/precio. La ubicación (hermoso entorno, zona tranquila pero cerca de las principales avenidas). La atención del personal (especialmente de Pablo en recepción y de el mozo de la mañana). Habitación (amplia y cama super cómoda).

Cons:

El ruido que hacían mis "vecinos" y que el ascensor demoraba demasiado a veces (1 por lo general estaba fuera de servicio)

Very nice location, and breakfast. Friendly staff on site.

Cons:

Custommer service before arriving is beyond terrible. They do not pick up the phone (I tried over several days) and they use chatbots to reply to text messages, which are absolutely not helpful. I was told by the bot that I would be contacted by a human and that never happened either.
