Very nice location, and breakfast. Friendly staff on site.

Cons:

Custommer service before arriving is beyond terrible. They do not pick up the phone (I tried over several days) and they use chatbots to reply to text messages, which are absolutely not helpful. I was told by the bot that I would be contacted by a human and that never happened either.

Pros:

El desayuno es fenomenal

Cons:

La atención. Dentro de una habitación se perdió una campera y quien atendía en la recepción tenía cero empatía. Dijo que jamás les había sucedido y que desconocía el protocolo. Que iba a hablar con su gerente pero que ni modo. Fue brusco en el trato y forma de atender el reclamo.

Bom custo benefício
Pros:

Boa relação custo benefício. O hotel é confortável, ótima localização. O café da manhã é satisfatório. O quarto tem um bom tamanho. O banheiro é um pouco pequeno e requer reformas (vazava água do lado de fora do box).

Cons:

Só uma pessoa na recepção, às vezes o atendimento é um pouco lento.
Em uma ocasião, pedi um saquinho de chá e me disseram que deveria pedir no restaurante e pagar, que só um seria de boas-vindas. Pedi no restaurante e o rapaz me deu de bom grado, srm cobrar nada.

Teve um dia que nem limparam o meu quarto, exatamente no dia que precisei trocar as toalhas, saí de manhã, voltei a noite e estava exatamente como deixei. Apenas um recepcionista para atender a demanda dos hóspedes, atender telefone, fazer checking e checkout, levar as coisas que pediam nos quartos, abrir garagem...
classificaria o hotel como 3 estrelas.

Atendimento da recepção prejudicado por conta da falta de funcionários, deveria ter ter pelo menos duas pessoas, uma pessoa, para fazer checking, checkout, atender demandas em geral dos hóspedes inclusive de garagem e reservas não é suficiente para o tamanho do hotel. Deveria melhorar a aparência da recepção. Classificaria o hotel como 3 estrelas e não 4.
