Největší poděkování patří recepční Ruslaně. Díky její ochotě, vstřícnosti a profesionálnímu přístupu pro nás bylo vše mnohem jednodušší a celý pobyt jsme si mohli naplno užít. Takový přístup k hostům se dnes jen tak nevidí.

Pochvalu si zaslouží také celý personál za příjemnou atmosféru. Potěšila nás pohodlná postel i výborné snídaně s obměňovanou nabídkou, domácími moučníky a čerstvě připravovanými lívanci. Rádi se sem vrátíme.

Room location very bad. There was so much noice from the outside area connected to the hotel, that we barely slept.
We could not change room for some reason

Bardzo miła załoga . Szczególnie młoda Pani na recepcji była bardzo miła .

Prostředí. Zeleň kolem hotelu a možnost parkování.

Cons:

Recepce. Takový celkově nezájem. Nabídnutí občerstvení prosecco a džús v pořádku. To je milé. Ale ať je čerstvé a hlavně doplněno.

zdravim....naozaj sme boli veĺmi spokojní; ústretové jednanie maximalna spokojnosť.
Boli sme tu uz po štvrtý raz .Na recepcii mate skveleho pána...myslím ze p.Vladimír: vedel poradit a zároveň vtipne pobavil . Skvely prístup.

Velmi klidna poloha hotelu, ale s dobrou dostupnosti do centra. Velmi dobry pomer cena/vykon. Ocenili jsme rodiny pokoj( dva samostatne pokoje ). Prijemny personal vcele s recepcnim Vladimirem.
